On Friday, I sat in the car as I thought if I should go in or not. I was in the area and they had just opened. Therefore I knew I could get in right away if no appointments were made. I came in originally intended to get acrylic toes (ended up not getting it, no fault on them) and this cute ombré sort of look on small acrylic nails. While getting a regular pedicure, I opted out of the acrylic toes. The owner of the salon, who told me before even checking in that she'll be doing my nails, asked to see the picture again to take on her phone. Now the lady who did my toes, I have no complaints like always, same with the lady who waxed my brows (will add photo of what I wanted vs what I got. So with this specific style it was a pink ombré look on the hands. It requires an airbrush to produce this look. The owner obviously knew this. As you could probably guess the airbrush did not work. Which isn't what frustrated me, what frustrated me is that the owner had all the time while she was just walking around to check the airbrush. Especially if that's the only one they have/available. She went the 2 different nail technicians (the amount I know of) to try to get them to fix it but nothing. So in the picture of the color I got on my hands and toes is what I wanted to substitute the white in the middle on the ombré. Obviously, to achieve this look I had to have the base (background/perimeter) be a darker pink. The owner told me there's nothing she can do, it's simply not working. She offered cat eye as an alternative and I entertained a few options. If you're ever had or seen ,cateye you'll know it's nothing like what I wanted. When the owner removed the cateye I told her I didn't want the color. She fake had an attitude that she had to drill all of the nail polish off and repaint them. But I'm the one who should've had an attitude, it was a disappointing experience before but I don't like tainting a business name. I did absolutely nothing that would weaken my nails to the point that 1 nail would come off in less than 24 hours. I paid around $110 money wasted. When initially charged over 50$ I thought it was overpriced for the quality work I received but when they told me I was charged for more than one service it made sense. Overall I did not like my nails and felt like I was settling. I was sad they took my tips off but they don't know how to provide what I wanted with my original tips nor with dip. Even when I mentioned as she applied whatever base coat that my nails were clearly filed uneven she did not wanna fix what I was paying for. The polish they put on was purple. When she questioned it they said they had told her it was a mood changing color. She never heard them say that. They insisted that they would charge her extra to redo it, even though they had not made it clear. At one point they told her to wash her hands. While at the sink they barked "no soap" which she didn't hear. Then they got mad at her for using soap and made another fuss. They were also unable to match her toe color to her manicure color. We don't come to a nail salon to be scolded. We come to treat ourselves. Their poor communication and rudeness was unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I opted for an anti-aging facial and booked with Nicole based on review recommendations. I loved her! I only had one facial in my lifetime and that was in April at the Cosmopolitan's spa in Vegas. That facial couldn't even compare to the anti-aging facial I received at Me Spa. After my experience with Nicole, I know what an excellent facial should be. Nicole started by meeting me in the relaxation room and wrapping a warm towel around my neck and brought in a basin and filled it with warm sudsy water to soak my feet. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Nicole came back to dry my feet and then escorted me to her room. The anti-aging facial comprised of cleansing, applying serums and lotions, exfoliation, vitamin C peel and cupping. Yes, cupping on my face. Everything that Nicole pampered me with was gentle to my face, hydrating and refreshing. Not only did I get a facial, but I got an upper body massage and a foot massage and moisturizing treatment. It was so much more than just a facial. I highly recommend the anti-aging facial. And not only do I recommend that, but I highly recommend Nicole as well. I can't wait to go back Me Spa. I left with a beautiful glowing and hydrating face.
