The reviews for this salon are lower than neighboring salons but it's the closest one to me so I made an appointment. I came here a few times before the remodel but I wasn't impressed with the value. This time was much better. They seated me a few minutes before my appt. time in a station that had just been cleaned. The young man, Kyle, who did my pedicure was very meticulous. He was friendly and professional. He asked me before he used the "cheese grater" on my heels. He also massaged my legs and feet for a long time with the perfect pressure. I got the lavender pedicure... worth the money IMHO ($45). Basic pedi is $30. Other: -The tools they use were taken out of a plastic pouch. I think they were new. - Clean, modern, tasteful decor. - it's in a strip mall; adequate parking.

Went in for a no chip manicure for the first time in years, on my birthday. She cut two of my fingers, one pretty bad, while clipping my cuticles.

I've driven by a bunch of times and decided to try today. I asked for the Basic pedi ($30). I loved the smell of the orange scrub! I also enjoyed the massage oil she put on after the scrub. The foot/leg massage was not rushed and I appreciated that. The only complaint I have was when she used the sponge to do the bottom of my feet. She was so gentle (I am not ticklish on the bottom of my feet) I suggested she could use more pressure. She then suggested a scraper that looks like a hand-held cheese grater. Sure, fine, whatever. Until I paid, then I found out the cheese grater is $5 extra. The up price was lost in translation lol. I will be going back to try the Deluxe. (The guy next to me started when I did and ordered that and he was in the chair even after I went thru the dryer and on my way out the door!!)

First time going here and my nails r so bad i'm going somewhere else to get them redone. they look so chunky and uneven and i asked for coffin shape and they looked square. went home and started filing them myself cuz i cannot look at them . waste of $70 . pedicure was great done by kyle. he put lots of time and effort unlike the ladies. one lady did my friends toes and it looked like she could've done them herself. her french tip has no base so u can see her real nails under ... wanted to get our nails done since we r going on vacation and now i will be wasting money i've been saving to get them redone.

Only good thing I can say is that it's clean here. Otherwise, my no chip manicures end up peeling or chipping after only one week and they upcharge more than any other nail salon. You will pay $5-10 MORE per mani/pedi for cheap brands.

NaNa did s great job. thank you! Acrylic tip with pink overlay. 25 regularly but she charged me 35 i think for the shape

Great pedicure. It had been awhile and they did a nice job of getting my feet back into shape. They also had a nice selection of colors.

He was a great salesman without being pushy at all, it felt genuine, not forced. I ended up getting an herbal pedicure and acrylic fills on both my hands and feet, and everything was top tier. Randy did my acrylics and was super quick but still very precise -- you can tell he knows what he's doing. I wish I got the name of the woman who did my pedicure because she was AMAZING. The herbal pedi was honestly one of the best I've had. It included hot stones, paraffin wax, and even this candle wax they melt and rub into your skin throughout the process -- it felt sooo good and left my skin super soft. The massage chair is a whole experience on its own (it even massages your bottom ), and the overall vibe of the salon is very peaceful and relaxing. They also have a huge selection of colors to choose from, which I love. Prices were very reasonable, and they offered bottled water which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend calling ahead since they seem to work mostly by appointment. Overall, 10/10 -- I'll definitely be back!

Tucked away in a strip mall in Green Trails, it's small but nice, didn't reek of nail polish remover, and they could take a walk-in. The real reason I have been looking for a new salon is that I've had problems at several places when the tech is removing the powder dip with the drill, they have had it up so high that it had started to burn and cause me pain. Even when I have expressed this, the attitude was like, well, deal with it. Now, I do have a health condition that causes chronic pain so some of this may be a me thing, but I can't be the only person experiencing this. At Liz's, Fiona began by doing the same thing but when I initially had a bit of the burning sensation and explained to her what the problem was, she slowed down the speed of the drill and just took off the surface level of the dip (some techs at other places have tried to grind all the way down to the nail), then soaked the rest of with nail polish remover. I really appreciated her listening to me and working with me so I didn't experience excess pain! There were lots of colors to choose from and the manicure looks lovely. She said they also can do chrome, designs, etc. On a weekday it was not too busy, though a few customers were in for various services, and staff seemed to know everyone by name who came in. I think I have found my new nail salon! Low-key and local, Liz's is the one for me.
