The reviews for this salon are lower than neighboring salons but it's the closest one to me so I made an appointment. I came here a few times before the remodel but I wasn't impressed with the value. This time was much better. They seated me a few minutes before my appt. time in a station that had just been cleaned. The young man, Kyle, who did my pedicure was very meticulous. He was friendly and professional. He asked me before he used the "cheese grater" on my heels. He also massaged my legs and feet for a long time with the perfect pressure. I got the lavender pedicure... worth the money IMHO ($45). Basic pedi is $30. Other: -The tools they use were taken out of a plastic pouch. I think they were new. - Clean, modern, tasteful decor. - it's in a strip mall; adequate parking. read more

I live close to Seven Bridges Nails and it is convenient, they say they take walk ins but anyone that does they are always asked do you have an appointment. They need more staff. But NOT ANY MORE! I went in yesterday for a Mani / Pedi and waxing, the waxing room is in a storage room with a table. The pedicure was horrible, She filing my nail so hard that she cut my skin, then snickered and said Oops Sooooorrrry. The lady did not understand to paint my whole toe, she kept painting only half of my nail. I had to ask another girl to look at it while the lady took a call. She even told her it is not painted completely and still did not get it right after the third time. Then I asked for a eyebrow, lip and chin wax. Before I knew it she waxed the whole side of my face without asking, placed the wax and the strip in one fell swoop. The side of my face is not my chin! I had to let her finish so my face did not look odd - well it does now cause I have all these breakout rashy bumps on my one side. Then after all this charged me full price. At this point I just paid to get out of there! Will never go again and they need to relook at how they handle situations. They want a picture of my face they can contact me! read more

I've driven by a bunch of times and decided to try today. I asked for the Basic pedi ($30). I loved the smell of the orange scrub! I also enjoyed the massage oil she put on after the scrub. The foot/leg massage was not rushed and I appreciated that. The only complaint I have was when she used the sponge to do the bottom of my feet. She was so gentle (I am not ticklish on the bottom of my feet) I suggested she could use more pressure. She then suggested a scraper that looks like a hand-held cheese grater. Sure, fine, whatever. Until I paid, then I found out the cheese grater is $5 extra. The up price was lost in translation lol. I will be going back to try the Deluxe. (The guy next to me started when I did and ordered that and he was in the chair even after I went thru the dryer and on my way out the door!!) read more

Great pedicure. It had been awhile and they did a nice job of getting my feet back into shape. They also had a nice selection of colors.

First time going here and my nails r so bad i'm going somewhere else to get them redone. they look so chunky and uneven and i asked for coffin shape and they looked square. went home and started filing them myself cuz i cannot look at them . waste of $70 . pedicure was great done by kyle. he put lots of time and effort unlike the ladies. one lady did my friends toes and it looked like she could've done them herself. her french tip has no base so u can see her real nails under ... wanted to get our nails done since we r going on vacation and now i will be wasting money i've been saving to get them redone. read more

Only good thing I can say is that it's clean here. Otherwise, my no chip manicures end up peeling or chipping after only one week and they upcharge more than any other nail salon. You will pay $5-10 MORE per mani/pedi for cheap brands. read more

I was basically kicked out of this place. I ask if they have a plain black because I wanted a basic black French tip with a nude base. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't do the inspo from the picture I showed her, she said she can't do the picture I ask you can't do a French tip? She goes no but you can go elsewhere, I ask you can't do French at all? She says no only simple designs. I proceed to show her a simple v French design if you know anything about nails you know it's just 2 triangle that meet in the middle, something simple. Well... they were very polite to my fiancé and I when we went the day before the 4th of July.. but! The women who did my nails didn't do a good job and was very rough and made me bleed. She took a long time and kept huffing and puffing. Luckily the guy who did my feet was gentle and good! If your normal nail salon does not have any openings I would recommend maybe going elsewhere if your looking for gel nails. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and was was rushed through so the girl could get to the next client. My feet don't look any better than when I went it, nail polish doesn't even cover my nails and the cuticles weren't pushed back making everything look uneven. I was really looking forward to the massage and she literally pushed some oil around for about a minute and she was done. I gave this place a second chance after not going there for a couple years and once again the place is just subpar, horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

1 day after getting a gell manicure 2 nails were already lifting and coming off. 5 days after 7 nails had come off. When my daughter who is a first grade teacher kindly went back to ask for them to be fixed they were rude. Actually rude is too minimal a word. They were cruel. I guess if you are a young, sweet, kind 1st grade teacher asking for your nails to be fixed you should be prepared to be treated terrible. I have been going here for a while now for no chip manicure. But the past couple have been a let down. I just went this week and had 2 nails chipped within hours of getting them done and 6 chipped within 2 days. I also see the strokes from the brush as I didn't get enough coats to fully paint the nail, can see through the polish. I love the pedicures here, as they massage your legs with scrub and it's only $25. But, i got a polish change and was clear about what i wanted, and they threw extra fees on me as I was already getting the service done. They rushed my polish change as they cut my fingers and let them bleed. I asked for something to help them feel better and oil was placed on the table in front of me without assistance. I was also told i was good to go and that my nails were dry and they in fact weren't and they got messed up as i put on my coat. They fixed it, but very poorly. They were clearly not done correctly as they are falling off that easily with no damage to my nail which shows they weren't fully attached... waste of money & extremely disappointed! Terrible service. The water was cold. I kept asking to heat it. She left after she put me in the water and no one else was doing anything. I had to get my feet out of the water and go find her. Poor job all around, poorly run. They wanted to charge me 5 $ to put a base and top coat. When I said that I want the normal base and top coat, she said the 5$ for the color. Had the normal manager (owner?) been in, I would have shared this experience directly with him. But, he wasn't - and the girls who were not occupied with clients were too busy playing on their phones to ask how my service was. I've been here on and off for the past three years. It was great at first, but it's been downhill for about a year. I stopped getting manicures several months ago because they have been such a disappointment. However, I'm going on vacation next week and decided to go for pedi and mani. The pedi - not all bad, but far from great. She did not scrub my heels at all. In addition, my feet sat on the same cold wet towel from start to finish. That was two hours ago...my feet are still frozen. The mani - the second worst I've ever had, and THE worst on the polish. It had to have been the girl's first time...it was ridiculous. Similar issue with hands in cool water, she cut my skin twice during the cuticle removal (which in general seemed like an enormous struggle for her), the polish was uneven and very streaky, it was down over the cuticles on 4 fingers, and she also smudged it at one point and didn't know how to fix it. By then, I already knew I was going to have to go home and take the polish off anyway, and pretty much just wanted to get out of there. She had not offered to have me pay prior to doing the polish. When I was drying and asked if I could pay, the girl who I think is 2nd in command (playing on her phone, of course) gave me a dirty look. Seriously? Best of luck - I will not return. read more

I hate to write a bad review but considering the ABC 7 story about the dangers of dip manicure I need to share my story. They were busy and short staffed when I went to get a dip manicure. The lady performing my services was rushing and cut me twice when cutting my cuticles. My fingers bled and she proceeded to dip my nails in the powder. And yes, the bleeding had not completely stopped. I do not recommend this salon and will not be going in the future. read more

Will not be returning. They sat me at a manicure table, then moved me after 10 minutes to tell me to sit at a pedicure station. They kept my foils on for a dip removal for 45 minutes. The pedicure girl cut my toe and the girl who did my dip cut 2 fingers. The girl doing my manicure told me several times to relax after cutting me twice. No apologies. The lady next to me told her girl to slow down because she was cut the last time she was in there. They were in a hurry and not enough staff. They took their time on my manicure and I thought they did a great job, but sadly six of my 10 fingers were chipped or peeling within just a few days. I came here 2 weeks ago an hour before closing the night before I was going on vacation after my normal nail salon had me waiting with my feet in water for 25 minutes before I walked out when I had made an appt. Initially they told me they only had time for my feet but when they found out I was leaving for Mexico the next day they stayed late to do my nails too. Today I came back with my mom and daughter and had another great experience. Their basic pedicure is prob the best pedicure Ive ever had.
