First timer at Dazzle and will be coming back! Had a manipedi as well as eyebrow and upper lip threading with Serena. Threading was surprisingly painless! Decor is lovely and nice staff. They have different promos on different days and offer packages too. It is a hidden gem in a not so great looking plaza but once you go in is a different feel!

Went here for a bridesmaid session of mani and pedis. Delightful owner with the nicest talkative girls working here. They made the brides nails so gorgeous, and the rest of us too. Would recommend. Appreciated the extra touch of decoration for the special event. Surely would relax a bride before her wedding. Cookies and grapes were complimentary and a nice gesture.

I would give more than 5 stars if it were possible. Best spa I've found to-date in the city. Incredible prices and talent out of this world! If you're looking to be spoiled and pampered you NEED to go check out Dazzle immediately. They don't take walk-ins, which I love cause you don't feel rushed. But I love that you can book online which makes scheduling so convenient. I will be back...as soon as I get back from my cruise ;)

Cute place! Very elegant and classy compared to your local nail salon. I got a shellac manicure from here, the salonist did a good job and was super nice, even offered some refreshments. They also played a movie while i was being serviced, which i found much more interesting than watching the news at another salon. The only thing i didnt quite understand was that she painted my ring finger and middle finger nails first and asked me to place my hand under the UV light and then proceeded to do the same with my other hand. She also took a little longer than usual and was slightly rough-but not enough to make me that uncomfortable! Everyone else was also very nice, i would definitely come back again :)

I returned for a BioGel refill appointment with Ann, who still remembered me and my preferences in colour - yay!

I wish they had shared the schedule with us because we didn't know the order of our services but it ended up being a fun surprise. We started with an hour long salt floatation which was very relaxing. They dim the lights and play quiet music. I think an hour was a bit long so next time I might book 30-45 minutes. They had hair caps which I wish I had seen before but it was so nice to float. They decorated the ceiling with little stars which was very cute. Next, we had the red light sauna which was relaxing and very warm. We then had a quick massage which I wish we had booked for longer. They used great pressure and it was very rejuvenating. We then had the hand and foot salt detox which was a really unique experience. I've never done that! We finished off in the salt cave which was calm and a great way to end off. Overall, it was a fantastic day. The staff is incredible and we enjoyed each step of the way. I'm excited to return but might switch around the timing of the experiences. They really put in a lot of attention and care!

This visit was a Father's Day gift from my wife through a Groupon voucher. Booking my appointment was already frustrating because the spa refused my preferred date and then rejected a second date as well. In the end, I had to book the date that worked for them instead of the one that worked for me. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was because it advertises a salt cave where guests can relax after using the sauna. That experience was never offered to me. Instead, I was taken to a regular room to rest, which felt misleading. The massage itself was average at best. The therapist kept asking if the pressure was okay, but the massage lacked technique and did not feel like it was performed by an experienced professional. What bothered me the most happened when I was leaving. While I was putting on my shoes, the receptionist loudly called across the lobby, in front of other guests, telling me to come back to the desk so they could check whether I owed any additional payment. I found that embarrassing and very unprofessional. Payment matters should always be handled discreetly. I was then asked to pay additional taxes that were apparently not included with the Groupon. I paid by card without any issue, but I was surprised when the payment terminal immediately prompted me for a tip after such a poor experience. Needless to say, I did not leave one. Overall, the customer service, organization, and quality of the experience fell far below my expectations. I won't be returning, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience.

The co-ed area is one huge room with hard wooden seats, 1 projector that was showing a hockey game, 2 treadmills, 1 pool table that is $2 a play, 2 flat screen TVs that were off, a snack shop and eating area and an area leading to the sauna room. Snack shop had instant ramen of course, hard boiled eggs, and ice cream among other things. Free WiFi and water is also available. The sauna room is also one big room that lead to 6 different sauna rooms: Elvan stone, Salt, Crystal, Jade, Loess and Germanium. The temperature ranges from 45-100 degrees Celsius and each have a security cam inside. There were plenty of mats and blocks available to use. In addition there is 1 Ice room but it was just cool. It was not cold enough as not all of the wall froze over. The other Korean saunas I've been to had seatings except this one. This room was the only one without a cam. The men's locker room was big with access to several shower stalls, 1 cool tub (not cold), 1 hot tub, 1 body scrub room and 1 steam room. I found it weird that the staff doing the body scrub would periodically look out the window into the shower and steam room area. It's $55 for a body scrub for 30mins and goes up from there. The front desk lady was nice and the entire place was fairly clean.

With $35 only entrance fee, friendly service. I also enjoyed community hot bath, cold plunge, steam room, warm area to hangout with heated floor and hot sauna with different temp. My friend had 30 min of $55 Korean scrubbing service( if you know you know) she said she was officially addicted and could not believe how soft her skin was after. I kinda don't want to advertise this place cause i like it less crowded. However I can tell you that I want to definitely go back!
