Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

Kasra did such an awesome job on our family Mercedes GL 450 SUV after it had been put the the ringer by all of us in the past year. He was so friendly, informative and communicated all throughout the entire process. From scheduling our first drop off of this Mercedes and getting educated about the services he provides it was a wonderful experience. Then he priced out the additional cars we needed washed and or detailed as well. Once this vehicle was completed and we saw the final results it looked absolutely amazing! We were thrilled by the affordable pricing and the overall interior/exterior wash, wax and clay bar treatment he did on the SUV. He is a local El Dorado Hills young college student who really has solid business acumen and has created a successful venture with his Dazzle's Mobile Car Wash and Detailing business. This place was AMAZING! I called last second and needed only my interior done. Will was booked out until next week, but hearing the desperation in my voice I'm sure, lol, he called each of his detailers to see if they could squeeze me in. I received a call back within 15 min saying he found someone who could (thank gosh)!! Absolutely transformed my Mustang 5.0! I brought my Mustang 5.0 in to get wrapped in matte black PPF, and the results are absolutely breathtaking. I wanted that aggressive, stealth look without sacrificing the protection of my factory paint, and this did exactly that. The shop did an incredible job with the installation, the tucks are flawless, the seams are practically invisible, and they took extra care around the badges and the hood vents. It looks like a factory matte paint job, but with the peace of mind that it's protected from rock chips and scratches. If you're on the fence about getting matte PPF on your 5.0, just do it. I just bought a 2011 Lexus LS460 from Davis Toyota. The deal i got was awesome, but their detailing was horrible. I gave Dazzle Mobile car wash a buzz and man was i amazed. Super easy to book appointment online. They send a detailed to your location. Ethan was our detailed and was super professional and did a fantastic job. We have animals and children and recently did a cross country trip and now the car looks new! I made an appointment and dropped my car off. When I picked up my car a few days later it looked great. Josh showed me all the areas that the film was applied on my car. The entire hood, back bumper, door handles, mirrors and strips along the doors are all protected with the film. The rest of the car is so smooth and shiny from the clear coating. Josh made me an appointment in two weeks so they can wash and thoroughly check my car to make sure everything adheres well. I really feel good about taking my car to Elite Auto Works. I highly recommend them. The quality of their work is excellent and they are great to work with. Employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful.
