Each technician has their own site to book with and they don't use the same terms necessarily. I'm sure this is one of those 'once you're in, you're in' places but I couldn't find a single employee where I either understood their service lingo or had availability in the next few days. I set an appointment with Yesenia. It's been about 3 weeks since I last seen a nail tech so my nails were looking horrendous. I thought she'd have to remove them from how messed up they looked. She does such a beautiful job! I'm sad I'm not from the area cause I'd only go to her. I've been going to Rachel for a few months now to have my nails done. Every time I get so many compliments on how beautiful my nails are. Rachel has great customer service and is very easy to talk to. She wanted to make sure to save my natural nails and not put acrylic tips on since they end up ruining your natural nails. I booked with Ari, who is a very sweet girl. Unfortunately, the quality and price point do not aline. After a 3 hour appointment, I had to go home and file/fix every single nail which took me over 2 more hours. The acrylic was literally 3/4cm thick before I filed them down, and even after they are so thick that I'm considering a complete removal. The acrylic was uneven, bumpy, and very flawed. The design itself (encapsulated glitter) is pretty but it is just ruined by the application of the acrylic. Again, she was very sweet but obviously not experienced enough to be charging almost $100 for a removal/new set. read more
