Last year they stole a colt 45 our of my wifes center console tole me it's my fault for having it in the car, reported it to the FBI, atf, and state. Did a half ass job fixing my wife's car and they damaged it further to the point where the rear bumber shakes going 40mph. Said they fixed it, didn't. Really awful experience. They had both our vehicles for over a month. They called me three weeks in a row to tell me my car would be ready by Friday and it never was. I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them. read more

Best body shop in town. We had some warranty issues years after we had paint work done and Denny handled It with no questions asked. He also buffed our Headlights while he had it there. my car was pulled in as a wreck job, they have had my car for just about 2 months, only communication i got was when i reached out and called and even then they told me it would be done by the end of the week then i call friday and they tell me next week, this has been a reaccurance every weeks since its has been in, i just recently called them last thursday and was told all that had to be done was a test and detailing, here it is the next week and i get told once again itll be done by the end of the week, this is a whole circus, i would appreciate my car back instead of lies, thank yiu read more

Do not ever use this company. They essentially stole my friends car. They drove it over 75 miles. They said it was going to take 4 days to fix a bumper, it took 9 days. The car was dirty and looked like it had been taken off-roading. They used the car's battery until empty. Literally, the car would not start because they fried the battery. The car's hood was up upon arrival at the shop, but the repair was for a bumper. Never use this company. It should be shut down immediately. read more
