Dawn walked my yard with me and we talked about what I wanted to accomplish, and our plan came together! They changed the project start and end dates three times, each time offering a different excuse. After multiple follow-ups, they finally started the job but failed to complete it as agreed. In conclusion, I strongly advise against hiring this company. Never pay a deposit to any contractor until the project is completed to your satisfaction.
