They were really nice inside and gave us recommendations for the darkness in the different windows with the possibility of seeing it in sample cars outside. Not only is the bass bumping, but my existing speakers sound better due to the amp! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Prices are reasonable - my first build was ~$550 and this new one was $1300 If you want some cheaper bass then they're flexible. They quoted me as low as $800 but I went with the $1300 package because the warranty was better on those speakers. Back speakers stopped working so I checked wire connections to 4 channel amp. Wires were over stripped and 3 out of the 4 were barely hanging on, screw was through the insulation and barely making contact with amp screws. Left door speaker wire was over crimped and hanging on by 2 wire strands. Wish I took pictures but I didn't. We payed extra for all JL audio wires and ground. But why did they choose to use garbage wire from head unit to amps. I guarantee for the price this guys charges you, you can get it done better and cheaper ANYWHERE ELSE. Step it up dude. These guys give it you straight and do quality work. They were more than patient with explaining the car alarms to me and made suggestions based off my needs. I opted to get a complete alarm and they installed it with zero issues, same day. Which was a huge relief since getting one installed was a top priority for me. Alarm came with a warranty so all things said , good service, transparent quoting, patient and knowledgeable people. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I highly suggest giving them a visit for all things car alarms, window tint, or sound related. Well worth the value of their quality work which in my opinion is very fair and hard to find these days.

I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before. The best part was they were professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of upsell me on things I didn't need. They didn't even charge me.
