Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted. This was not how I planned to start my evening but nothing I can do when a tree attacks your car. I called around and sent messages on Yelp trying to get it fixed that same night, but no luck. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. Based on Eddie's work and personality alone, I would recommend JJ Windshield Repair and Replace and I would definitely ask for Eddie.

Instead, I sat through multiple presentations for extended warranties, service contracts, glass coverage, LoJack, paint protection, and other add-ons. I understand these products are part of the dealership's business, and I don't mind being offered them once. However, after clearly declining several times, the continued sales pressure became frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged the process. The same approach continued in the finance office before I was finally able to complete the paperwork. Despite that, I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at the agreed-upon price, and Joseph made the experience as smooth as he could. If the dealership streamlined the finance process and respected a customer's decision after the initial offer, this would have been a five-star experience. 4 stars

I am so happy with this place right now! The person who explained the costs of the whole process and made my appointment was really helpful. She said it would be 150 for a Honda Accord 2012 (5 Windows) and that it would take about 2 hours. After I made an appointment I called back to see if I could actually come in today. She kindly said I could drop off the car and if they have an available time they could fit me in. She even recommended someone picking me up, I assume because she didn't want me to wait. Very accommodating, thanks girl. I get there and it was one guy but how do I say this. You know when you go somewhere and you notice how efficient things are done? Like at Innout drive thru when you see the line but it somehow gets done in time? I felt that here when I parked up signed a paper, got read my laws about tint ( front windows can not be legally tinted), and then that was it. What was nice is that he showed me a car that had the tint percentage I wanted (35 on front windows and limo on back) so that I had a better understanding of how dark I wanted to go. And he had it done even before he said it would be done at 6, calling me around 5:40 to pick it up. Efficient and very beautifully done. Oh, and to top it off I got a flashlight keychain!! called David (he's the owner) for a quote to remove 15 year old tint on my civic; he quoted me a price over the phone and estimated that it would take about 2 hours. I dropped off my car and called him 2 hours later, he told me that the tint on the rear window was taking longer to remove than he originally estimated. I was worried about damage to the rear defroster; David told me this was the reason why it was taking longer to remove -- to prevent from damaging it, they had to use a steaming process to remove the old tint. The whole job ended up taking well over 4 hours, but the windows on my civic look pristine! I was expecting to pay twice what he quoted me, but David is truly a man of his word -- he charged me exactly what he originally quoted me over the phone. Despite the age of my car, David and his crew took the time and care in making sure the job was done right. So, if you're looking for a shop that's honest, caring, and does quality work. They have great customer service! I was referred here by my brother since had previous service done here (tinting & radio installation) for his Mustang. My brother and I brought my 2000 Honda Civic in because my driver's side window got stuck and wouldn't come back up. Christian (who worked the front desk) was very courteous and she knew what was going when I tried explaining what was wrong with my window. As my bro and I did our errands, Christian kept us up to date with the parts on my car and costs. In a couple of hours, my car was ready. Christian did an awesome job on my window & it rolls up and down as if it was brand new. I got my 2014 versa note last year and ever since I been meaning to get my windows tinted I looked around asked around but nothing really convinced me until I started to look at yelp. I found Alondra tint and I looked atthe reviews many times before I made up my mind I called asked the prices and made my appointment for all my windows they are 9 it's 130. Guys are nice and it seems like a family business of brothers. Now I am just wait for the finish product. So my car is now done and I love it wonderful job. Alondra did an awesome job installing a couple of subs, amp and stereo into my car. They even set me up with a sweet touchscreen to replace my current stereo. Both my radio and sound system now match how much work and money I've put into customizing my car and the sound is absolutely awesome. They sold me high quality speakers at a right price, and they only took about 2 days to install everything. They're right on Alondra and the place is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I don't live to far & I got a ride to my house while my car was getting worked on. The tint on my windows look great and the price $130 was reasonable. I'm super happy and satisfied. Def. recommend this place read more

All around good experience working with them. I had an alarm installed and also new speakers put into my car, took about 2 hours but I didn't even notice the time because of the movie they were playing on the tv in the waiting area. read more

These guys give it you straight and do quality work. They were more than patient with explaining the car alarms to me and made suggestions based off my needs. I opted to get a complete alarm and they installed it with zero issues, same day. Which was a huge relief since getting one installed was a top priority for me. Alarm came with a warranty so all things said , good service, transparent quoting, patient and knowledgeable people. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I highly suggest giving them a visit for all things car alarms, window tint, or sound related. Well worth the value of their quality work which in my opinion is very fair and hard to find these days.

7/14/25 - Honest Experience With a Quote…read more Before reading this, just know I tried my best to be transparent and respectful in this review. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. Overpricing may vary shop to shop, but I think transparency and fairness in quotes is something customers value--especially when comparison shopping.
