These guys give it you straight and do quality work. They were more than patient with explaining the car alarms to me and made suggestions based off my needs. I opted to get a complete alarm and they installed it with zero issues, same day. Which was a huge relief since getting one installed was a top priority for me. Alarm came with a warranty so all things said , good service, transparent quoting, patient and knowledgeable people. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. 7/14/25 - Honest Experience With a Quote Before reading this, just know I tried my best to be transparent and respectful in this review. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. When I had arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a pretty friendly employee (I never got his name) and was immediately offered something to drink. I told him about the quote that I was originally given on Yelp only to find out that it was a quote for the standard tint with a one-year warranty. I was shown the difference between the different options that were given (they even have a display that shows you how the heat is blocked between the different types of tint). Eventually, I instead insisted on one of the higher grade tints and was even given a discount because of my Corolla iM hatchback. Guys took about 2 hours on my car and they had a lounge room with a comfy couch and a TV as you wait. Overall it was a great experience, the guys were professional and homely, and I'll definitely be doing by again to get my windshield tinted by them in the near future! read more

If you've seen my other reviews, you've seen that I had to get a new car after an accident. Well, right after the first thing is to get a tint! I called about 5 places all of which were booked, so I ventured out of OC and found this shop. Let me confirm this. The tint job is great! They did a good job, no bubbles and they provided good quality film. Here is my issue. Customer service. I dropped off my car, and was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours, I drove around with my wife in our other car and eventually came back. When I pulled into the lot, I saw one of the workers, just chilling in my car. Literally just SITTING in my car! I mean WTH?!! I complain to some other dude who knows if he was the owner or manager or what but he apologized and did the tint job himself. 3 hours later I got my car. Meanwhile I notice the same dude took another customer car which was a sports car and peeled out of the lot. I guess that it's okay to take customers car for joy ride to pick up lunch ?! When it came to pay too, no discount or apology was given for the disgusting service. Such shame. If you go to these guys, stay there and watch them work, otherwise I wouldn't go there. read more

I showed up, the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and got right to work on my truck. I can in because of the reviews and my god i regret coming to this place. Called and the owner answered made an appointment to only get my BACK WINDOWS TINTED ONLY at his pch location. An hr before i arrive he called me and tells me to go to their SECOND LOCATION, which is more further away then pch location i ordinary called. He tells me some BS lie that he wont be able to make the pch location at that time BUT would be able to go to the signal hill location and be there at 2. I agreed and go. I'm shocked and the owner is finally there and with a lot of customers and I'm barely given a chance to tell him what's wrong with my car. So I pay and leave really pissed that i didn't get what I wanted but you know what? I have a guarantee so the next day I went back. Talked to the owner and told him this is an issue here and i didn't get what I originally wanted. He told me he can redo it with a lower tint BUT WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME. WHAT!? I was like no. I told you yesterday what i wanted. I trusted your staff to do the RIGHT thing and they didn't. He seems frustrated that he had to redo the front windows but I again only wanted my back windows done. He took all day and multiple phones calls to finally get him to tell us my car was ready. I didn't expect a perfect job cause the owner looked pissed. So he had to fix it after finally convincing him that I can't drive like this without getting a ticket. My gosh he left my front door interior ugly didn't use a towl to protect it and did a horrible tint job on the front side windows he re did. I called to make sure they were open and they set me up with an appointment on the same day. They then took the time to explain to me the different types of tint material.
