They sent our Lenny and a helper to trouble shoot the issue and they ended up having to pull the pump (360') and found a dime size hole in a coupling near the pump. Lenny replaces most of the couplings and sent the pump back down. We now have water again with great pressure. Lenny was a very hard worker and is very Professional. When they stated that I signed the documents; I clarified that I had signed no documents. The paperwork was handed to me as the technician was pulling away.
