Our expectations were high and Five Star didn't disappoint.They were not only thoughtful about the install, paying attention to every detail, but also took into consideration our landscaping, and the fact that we have pets. It normally takes 6-7 months to build a house and he took one year and five months. When questioned all he came up with lies and an attitude. The price he quotes you at beginning is not the price you pay at end. You will definitely pay more. He is a con man. We had to pay extra for sheet rock because he did not know how to measure. He wanted to charge us $1,600 just to clean restrooms. He will nickel and dime you to death. We did not read the contract, which I would recommend when dealing with him. I would definitely not recommend this guy even if he's the last resort.
