They never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time. Not to mention that they got back to me within five minutes with a quote - which came in $100 cheaper than the more popular, national company. AND they did not charge to come out and fix my vehicle at my house because we were within their service area. They called me first thing the morning they came out to tell me they were on their way, and my mom - who was here to give them the keys - said they handled everything themselves and were kind. Not only did they fix my window, they vacuumed out the glass inside the car! All of this was on one of the coldest days of the year. I will ALWAYS use them for my glass needs - both auto and residential. They act like they want your business and they followed through on everything they promised. After the dealer quoted me a ridiculous price, I knew I'd have to look for an independent shop. With a high end car, I needed a shop I could trust so I asked some friends for recommendations. I'm so happy I found Lunar FX - they're local to me, responded quickly to FB messages and through text and the car looks great. The price was very reasonable (less than 1/2 the dealer!) for ceramic film, which will help keep the car cool this summer. They also offered a warranty, included in the price (very important - with a car like this I want to keep it looking perfect). The work was completed quickly, the car was returned to me clean and ready to drive. The film looks great and now I'm ready to enjoy driving this car all summer!
