After dealing…read morewith a lot of negative people that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, the two ladies I spoke with at Scott Albin Glass were pleasant and took the time to explain how the glass replacement process worked and how the insurance company will handle this. They never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time. Not to mention that they got back to me within five minutes with a quote - which came in $100 cheaper than the more popular, national company. AND they did not charge to come out and fix my vehicle at my house because we were within their service area. They called me first thing the morning they came out to tell me they were on their way, and my mom - who was here to give them the keys - said they handled everything themselves and were kind. Not only did they fix my window, they vacuumed out the glass inside the car! All of this was on one of the coldest days of the year. I will ALWAYS use them for my glass needs - both auto and residential. They act like they want your business and they followed through on everything they promised. Well this can't be good & it wasn't! The windshield they put on the truck has a deep scratch in it. So, I say to the guy, don't they check/inspect all the windshields be fore putting them in the truck? He didn't know what to say. You want to talk about being livid about this, well, it totally screwed me up & my day! Now I have to call the insurance co & like a new claim bc I'll be using a different glass service! I would NEVER use Safelite again!! Thanks a lot for wasting my time & causing me stress & aggravation bc of your negligence!

There is a barely even noticeable spot where an aquarium sized pebble, at most, hit it and they're saying that is what caused it to crack. If the glass was well made, something like that wouldn't have happened. Poor quality materials and not backing their warranty, they have lost my business and I will continue to warn others of their poor business standards.

I googled and found TRUE BLUE AUTO GLASS. Immediate text and quote which beat the "other guy" by a lot installed at my job. I booked an appt. The day before they reached out if I would be interested in a day early install since the weather cleared up and I agreed. Jon sr tech arrived right ON TIME and thoroughly explained the process. Even better than "the other business" I've dealt with before. A new windshield was installed in 45 min. My inspection stickers were re-attached as well as my GoPro mount and mirror. Like the crack never was there. In addition, the replacement also had all the exact sun shading and design the factory installed had. I've received new replacements from elsewhere that were all full glass with no sharing or details from the factory installed one. Highly impressed and definitely approve their work for referral. After the dealer quoted me a ridiculous price, I knew I'd have to look for an independent shop. With a high end car, I needed a shop I could trust so I asked some friends for recommendations. I'm so happy I found Lunar FX - they're local to me, responded quickly to FB messages and through text and the car looks great. The price was very reasonable (less than 1/2 the dealer!) for ceramic film, which will help keep the car cool this summer. They also offered a warranty, included in the price (very important - with a car like this I want to keep it looking perfect). The work was completed quickly, the car was returned to me clean and ready to drive. The film looks great and now I'm ready to enjoy driving this car all summer! We'll be bringing our other cars in for ceramic tint as well!
