First, they offer different levels of window film, and unless you pay significantly more for the ceramic film, the regular film they install is extremely poor quality. If you're expecting a clean, professional tint job, be very careful about what you choose. The installation itself was unacceptable. When I picked up my car, there were bubbles all over the windows. I immediately brought it to their attention, and I was told that this was "normal" and that the bubbles would disappear after about five days. I have had window tint installed on all of my previous vehicles, and I have never left a professional tint shop with windows looking like this. I waited the five days as instructed, and guess what? The bubbles were still there. I returned to the shop, and they agreed to redo the tint. The second installation was also poorly done. There were still bubbles, and on the rear passenger-side window, they cut the film too short, leaving a very noticeable gap. The workmanship was honestly embarrassing. I went back again, and instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly told me, "You have one year, don't worry." That is not the point. I paid for a professional installation, and I should not have to keep returning to the shop over and over again to get the job done correctly. They asked me to wait again while they replaced the film for a third time. And after all of that, there are still bubbles in the windows. At this point, I've given this company multiple opportunities to fix the problem, and they have failed every single time. The workmanship is poor, the installation quality is unacceptable, and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the poor work--just repeated statements about having a one-year warranty. A warranty does not make a bad installation acceptable. I shouldn't have to keep bringing my car back multiple times for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Do yourself a favor and shop around. There are plenty of window tint shops that offer much better quality, workmanship, and customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Within one week of the installation, the wrap already had numerous defects and imperfections. It began peeling, there were areas where the paint underneath was visible due to damage, my door handles were left loose, multiple interior door panels were loose, and after getting my vehicle back, my rear windows no longer worked. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the quality of the workmanship--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I reached out to address my concerns, but the owner never personally called or texted me to discuss the issues or work toward a resolution. Because of that, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I requested a refund so I could have the wrap professionally removed and redone elsewhere, but my request was denied. This wrap was supposed to be the first step in a complete build for my car, but instead it delayed my entire project and left me dealing with problems that should never have existed on a one-week-old wrap. I also noticed that the business card I received appeared to have an incorrect or outdated address listed, so I would recommend verifying the business information before visiting. I'm sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before accepting it and ensuring you're comfortable with the level of communication and customer service you'll receive if any issues arise.
