We are SO thankful for the speedy, expert response and repair to our RV breakdown. On our way home to Washington state, traveling with two dogs, we incorrectly anticipated that a breakdown on Thursday after hours would result in a hotel stay of at least a week! As we were calculating our expected expenses, we got a call at 7:45 Friday morning from Gary (the owner), who let us know parts were arriving as he called, and our RV would be ready by noon! WHAT???WOW!! Additionally, Gary said he was going to do a safety and service inspection to ensure the remainder of our trip home went smoothly. Shout out to John, driver for EDMONDS TOWING for knowing Gary was an expert on Workhorse engines, and not following the recommendation of AAA! I recently had the misfortune to have my diesel pusher coach serviced at this shop.. Initial appointment: I required a check engine light to be diagnosed and a possible part (sensor) replaced if the diagnosis required the same. (It was made abundantly clear it was a warranty item) I was informed they ya no problem dealing with my extended warranty thus... I called to make an appointment and was guaranteed they could deal with and diagnose my C7 Caterpillar engine in my coach regarding the problem.. so I booked to have it dealt with Arrival: I arrived 30 minutes early in the AM to ensure I was on time he coach was not checked for damage at check in just a give me your keys after you fill out their required information with the front desk person. There were a number of coaches sitting to be repaired and I made it clear of my timeline as I was set to travel 4 days later.. I was informed at check in they would get a mechanic on it first thing that morning.. I was adamant that no actual work was to be performed unit a diagnosis was performed and work approved by warranty.. (this did not happen) Note: the possible sensor that was suspect of been the problem was supplied by me and placed on the dashboard for them to install once it was diagnosed as the actual issue and approved by warranty.. Service: I called the owner at the end of day same day who informed me they never looked at the coach as their mechanic never showed up for work... I was frantic however he assured me it would be dealt with next day first thing... Called the following day mid day to be told they have yet to look at my coach and his mechanic was still not in but as soon as his men were finished working on another diesel they would get to it before end of day... End of day I called spoke with the owner all the time making it clear that I was staying in a hotel while o was waiting for this service to be done.. Result: I was informed that the mechanic replaced the engine sensor that I provided (without authorization from warranty or diagnosis hoping it was the problem) I was told their software for diagnosing the Caterpillar engine was not able to do so he stayed "Cat diagnostic software is proprietary" (WOW!! What happened to no problem to diagnose, what happens to do not do any work until approved by warranty, what happened to only install part I provided if the diagnosis states it's the problem?!) Bottom line they were not equipped to deal with the diagnosis period... None of this took place.. I was told they installed my part hoping the problem would be solved without any approvals I was told I could come pick up the coach and that the check engine light was still on (of course it was) Summary: I picked up the coach the following day after spending $400 in hotel bills and faced a service bill of $360 when I arrived (no warranty as there was no diagnosis) No breakdown on a bill or invoice of any of the work that was supposedly performed. When I questioned the owner he abruptly said if you want me to write something on their I will (at that point I said forget it) Got my keys and had to work my coach out of their service parking area without assistance... Bottom line they got paid I got nothing in return except a $760 bad experience I advise anyone using this shop make sure all is in writing every word of everything you are expecting and the result you want.... I stood outside of the main guy's office for 20 minutes while he discussed his vacation with another guy. I finally interrupted and said (politely) "I have a 30-second question, mind if I interrupt?". He ignored me the first time and the second time said sure. I asked him if he could do some work on my RV, I needed my Fridge looked at, it was a warranty job. He was fair and said I would have to pay him then submit the paperwork to my OEM. Fine, all fine, even the 20 minute wait. Then I told him it was a 5th wheel and he got an attitude with me and said: "You should have started with that". I don't work on 5th wheels, I don't have the room for them. This was all fine, he could have politely said We don't work on 5th wheels and I would have been fine. Took my coach in for minor issues. When I returned I was told the slide motor was burned out. That's funny. It was working when I took the coach in. And there was no authorization to touch the slide. Several other minor issues turned into costly repairs. This guy deserves a 0. This guy should be arrested for fraud. Put a fake brake master cylinder om my coach. Which is a lie. I have air brakes. I came here on a google search. My Class C Fun Mover needed an oil change after driving it from North Carolina to California. My first choice was Camping World in Valencia, but was not able to schedule an appointment because they never call me back to make one. I made a phone call to Always On Time Auto&RV Repair before coming in to get the service done. I made a phone call on Friday and was greeted by a lady on the phone. She quoted me a price that was right around what I expected to pay. I came in that following Monday and drop my RV off. Later that day I received a phone call that all the work was done and that the RV was ready for its next adventure. I ask her if it was OK for me to pick up my RV the next day. They were really nice about leaving it at there shop for the night. The next I pick up the RV was greeted by the owner Gary who has a vast knowledge of the work that he and his crew are doing at the shop. We talk for a little as I took care of the payment for the services. I also got my generator up-to-date with it services. I got the keys to the RV that was park under the awing and was on my way! I will definitely come back to Always On Time Auto&RV Repair to get any work done on my RV. They are fast and prompt in the way they do business and care to keep you as a customer. I would give it ZERO stars but it wouldn't let me. Do not take your car here for any type of body work. They do shitty and cheap work. I took my car to have some body work done and ended up having to take it else where to get it done correctly. Parts that Gary said were replaced ended up not being replaced. He glued the pieces back together instead. My bumper was painted while it was still on the car. I had overspray all over my headlights and hood. He did not prep the bumper correctly which caused it to chip in large chunks. Gary portrays himself to be an honest person but in reality is not. He overcharges but makes you think he's giving you a deal. I have pictures and proof of his shitty work. Please save yourself the headache and done take your car here. read more

I've been coming here for a few years with my 2015 Fleetwood Expedition Diesel Pusher RV. Gary has never let me down. They have prompt service and really do a great job. His staff is awesome and his mechanics are great. I can't think of any issues what so ever. It's a nice piece of mind when I drive my rig across the country to know everything got done right. Took RV to get a couple things repaired. I needed the generator fixed that wouldn't run when you let go of the button to start button the battery draining problem, and a plumbing issue that made the floor get wet when you hooked up to city water and the tank filled up. After 3 days they said it was ready it was done so I assumed the generator was fixed they said they put new brushes on it when I picked it up the generator did not run didn't work at all . They didn't even look at the plumbing issue and they did not fix the battery draining problem at the tune of almost $600 nothing was fixed I still have the same issues one thing good I can say about the place is they've got very good secure parking lot you don't have to worry about your RV there nobody's going to break into it because they've got a security guard right outside but highway robbery when I went in the next day to confront the owner about the fact that the generator wasn't fixed like they claimed on the phone they said that it was fixed not only was it not fixed it still would not stay running and I asked why did you put new bushings on it if it wasn't producing any power and they claimed that they ran it it would run for 45 minutes and then it would shut off well when I picked it up it wouldn't stay running at all total waste of money the owner said if I got a new generator and had them install it then he would give me an hour and a half labor for free but wouldn't give me any money back I would not take my RV there it was a joke my shore power plug needed a one of the prongs was missing so I bought a new 50 amp plug and didn't have time to get it on I could have done it myself they charged me $150 to put that on so basically that's the only thing they fixed thanks always on time read more

Gary called me up and said good news the motor is good. Some idiots messes with my tranny and mickeymoused the tranny.Im a believer in those who know how to diagnose issues over those who say they know how to fix mechanically. Gary and his team built trust in the diagnosis. This work was done in early September and the 2003 chevy truck drives and rides better then when i first purchased. November My personal truck is a 2010 F-150. Start To Finish Gary and His Skilled Team of Mechanics handled a job that most would charge double or pass on the hob tasks. 2010 F-150 Pickup with a laundry list of needs from, basic tune up, air conditioning recharge, New Shocks, body work including bumper replacement front and back, motor mirror replacement to A Sunroof Mount Replacement which included removing a headliner and a front window to fix (thank you Ford) "Which was no easy task". I took my travel trailer to them to fix an electrical cord and they asked me to leave my pick up truck hooked up so they could move it around if need be. The guy doing the work showed me where he would leave my keys if I were return after they closed. Later that day I called them to let them know I wouldn't get there till after they closed, so I gave them my credit card number over the phone. When I return that night an hr after they closed my invoice was on the windshield and NO keys! I had the lady that runs the storage area next to them call Gary the owner at home and tell him that they left no keys for me. Gary lives in town and said to tell me he was sorry and they would be in at 830 the next morning. WOW!!!! Now I'm stranded an hour away from home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!!!!!! The price I was quoted was different than what I was charged by almost 100 dollars. I was quoted 400 dollars. The price I was asked to pay was 497 and change. When I asked why the price was higher Gary made it seem like it was no big deal and a common practice at his place. I would avoid this place as much as possible. I took my MotorHome there for a few minor issues. If there were a negative rating they deserve it. They told me they fixed the TV, and replaced the filters, and had fixed the water leak. Low and behold, first trip out, the water leak was still there, TV reception was still not working, and the air filters were cleaned, not replaced. On my return I took it to a place on Sierra Highway, he charges a few dollars more, but he actually fixed all the issues. I purchased a vechicle which is a customer at always on time. There were suppose to help me find out why a check engine light was coming on. They scanned it which only removed the code and told me it could be smoged in 30 miles. I let them know that this was not helping me. And of course right after it being smoged the light came up again. Don't let the name full you. Gary and his crew do a lot more than RV repairs. I recently took my classic Corvette in for some upgrades. Work included installing a new 5 speed overdrive trans, adding power disc brakes, adding power steering and rebuilding the 327 engine. My old 54 year old car drives like a new one now. Sure there were little problems here and there, but they were immediately addressed by Gary. I didn't realize that Always on Time also provides complete body and fender work in addition to the mechanicals. Well its time to look for a new RV repair shop. No matter what happens its NOT their fault. Repaired a hose by putting in a piece of plastic tubing to connect two hose ends and it wasn't even the right size. My son fixed that by going to Pep Boys and getting the right part for a couple of bucks. Another visit removed the radiator sent it out to be checked. Came back with a clean bill of health and reinstalled with ALL NEW hoses and clamps. Didn't even get 200 miles when a brand new hose blew off the bottom of the radiator. Lost ALL FLUID. ended up being towed 45 miles (i was stuck out in the desert on I 10 in HEAT) where the guy who towed it found the disconected hose. Put it back on filled the radiator with water and I started back home when I heard a ticking sound that got louder and louder as I drove the 130 miles home. CRACKED HEAD - NOT THEIR FAULT. Picked it up and drove it home. I thought it sounded funny but not being a mechanic I wasn't sure. My son heard it as I drove by and said it sounded rough. He check it out and found a plug wire just dangling around. AGAIN, NOT THEIR FAULT. On top of all that it has exhaust dirt all over the inside from having the engine cowling off (inside). Didn't bother to clean it. I'm sure I would be told, Not their fault. Bottom line almost $9000. That includes new tires all around. Less then $2000. As you can see, I am not a happy camper. read more

I have a 5th wheel toy hauler trailer with the Happi Jac system in the rear of the trailer, the chain system had broke so I called Always on Time and spoke to the lady that makes the appointments, she made my appointment. I called back two other times to check on early drop off and also to let them know that I still had the broken chain if that would help them in the repair. On my appointment day I called to see if I could drop my trailer off one day later, due to work conflicts, the man that answered the phone told me that they don't work on 5th wheel trailers, only replace bearings and work on axles. That would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago when I made the appointment to repair the Happi Jac bunk bed system, if you have time to waste then I would give these guys a call, wasted 2 weeks waiting for my appointment only to be told we don't work on that type of stuff, horrible customer service and obviously very poor internal communication. read more
