The other "learning" events were alright but again I didn't learn much from this experience. We had meals at the university of Maryland's dining hall. While eating one of my group members found fingernails in their pie, which the university claims were onions, it's safe to say I stayed away from the pie after that. It gets worse though. While on a trip into DC I witnessed a an older staff member around 60/70 I'd say, buy a box of Trojan condoms, triple bag them at self checkout than put them in his jacket after paying. Later that night I was walking in the hall to return to my room as I saw this man slap a younger ( approx. 25 ) female staff member on her bottom. Through the week they continued to display PDA's.
