My Mazda got an unfriendly kiss from my neighbors' fence during the Big Wind of '17. I was referred to DC Collision by my insurance company. The professional staff scheduled me for an estimate, and got my documentation taken care of with no fuss. When the time came for the repair, they had my car in and out faster than I expected. They knew I wasn't renting a replacement and wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible. That is some first-class courtesy, right there. Incidentally, while I was waiting I listened while one of the staff made inquiries after parts for someone else's vehicle. And it was clear his priorities were based on the fact that this client was paying out-of-pocket for their rental and he wanted to minimize that cost to them by getting the job done as soon as he could. Awesome. Although all the work was done on the exterior of my car, they even dusted my (shamefully) unkempt dash and console, even removing the large dead bug that had been Mascot-in-Residence of my passenger side dashboard. RIP Harvey Bugman, you will be missed. I don't know enough about body work and collision repair to comment on the pricing, nor the technical wizardry that I am sure took place behind the scenes. But I don't need to know these things to feel like I was treated fairly and given top-notch service. I certainly hope no one damages my car in the future, but in the event that it did require it, I would have no problem returning. We finally purchased a brand new Dodge Ram pick up! Lucky us! We were on top of the world! Six months later we were involved in an accident - The entire passenger side and front bumper was "Totaled". Fortunately everyone walked away unscathed. Our insurance co. referred us to DC Collision in Webster, NY - Great choice. They did an incredible job with the repair, our truck looked brand new again. I must say, it has been years since I have had dealings with a service company that actually did what they promised. They took care of not only the repair, but insurance end as well. All we had to do was drop off the veh. and pick it up when done (a day earlier then they quoted) Five months later we noticed a small chip near the front driver sided bumper, we thought it may have occurred when the new bumper was being installed. We stopped by DC Collision (without an appointment) They immediately looked at the ding. We stated it may have been caused by a stone, but we could not be sure how it happened. They told us they remembered repairing our truck and said in good faith we will repair it right now if we would like. We said that would work with our schedule. We went to lunch and the truck was ready before we returned. They did this repair at absolutely no charge - WOW!!! I thank you DC Collision for your excellent service and professional staff! I could not be more satisfied with my experience with this collision shop! I just got home from picking up my vehicle, which was in for rear end damage after being hit. There were more damages than I had expected (isn't that ALWAYS the case?!) and the insurance company (who paid for all the repairs and the rental) was in contact with me, saying that it was going to be a few more days. Overall, I was looking at about 5 days with the rental. Didn't I just get off the phone with the insurance company, did D.C. call me and say that my vehicle was done and ready! IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE DAY! I flew right down to D.C. and picked up my vehicle and dropped off the rental. Not only did they do an absolutely fantastic job with repairing my vehicle, and repairing it super fast, they washed it, vacuumed out the interior and even emptied out my little garbage bin in my vehicle! I am elated with the experience I just had with D.C. Collision! The team there were super friendly with laid back attitudes, which eased my nerves, honestly. I had a little mishap with my car while visiting Rochester. Though small, the dent in my front fender bothered me every time I got in the car. I took the car into DC Collision for an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the Cordello family - Donna, Dom & Vanessa, who run the business. Each one took the time to meet & talk with me. They explained what was needed to fix my car and gave me a written estimate so I could review and think about it after I left the shop. The receptionist at the front desk, Linda, was a pleasure to work with - very friendly. You can tell she enjoyed her work. They were able to fit me in their schedule within a week so it would not interfere with my travel plans. They even finished the repairs a day early. I had my Nissan PU truck fixed at DC Collision. From the moment I walked in I found the receptionist to be polite and empathetic to my problem. Interestingly the owner came out, examined my vehicle, took the information and got back to me promptly with a price and time they could perform the repairs. It was somewhat of a unique job with a large factory decal that also had to be replaced. What made DC stand out was not only their courteous service but also they did the work when they said they would; and had it back when they said they would . . . not to mention of course, the beautiful job they did with the damage and decal replacement. I got in to an accident in my 06 Grand Cherokee. Vanessa and Bruce were awesome with keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on, from the parts coming in, to when I could come pick my vehicle up. I will say that the gentleman that painted my car did an immaculate job. Im overly picky when it comes to how my car looks, and i was totally blown away. About a month ago my fiancé got hit by another car that banged up his passenger side door pretty bad. We called around to a couple different places for prices and how long it was going to take to get fixed. We went with DC. The workers there were so friendly and such a big help. Walking in we felt very welcomed and realized we're finally going to get his truck fixed the right way. Bruce was outstanding in helping us, he did everything in his power to make us as customers happy, and happy isn't even the word to describe how my fiancé felt after he got his truck back. I have been going to DC Collision for over 25 years. With 5 drivers in the family, we have had our share of mishaps. DC Collision is the best. I have never had a problem with any of their work. I have had both major body work done as well as minor fender benders; I have had work paid for by the insurance company and some work was paid out of pocket. In all instances the work was great and I never felt as though I was over charged for the work I paid for out of pocket. Their work is always done on time - if they say your car will be done on a certain day, you can count on it. For insurance claims, they take care of getting the estimate to the insurance company and make arrangements for a rental car. They take a bad situation and make it not so bad. My whole experience with DC collision went extremely smooth and painless. Brought my car to there shop after my parked car had a deep scrape to the whole driver side. I was told step by step what to do, how to do it, what was going to be done, when it will be worked on and when it will be ready to be picked up. Had a minor fender-bender involving the front fender of my SUV. scared Collision was on the list of recommended body shops from my insurance company. The shop is locally owned and has been in business for40 years. I toured the shop and found it to be neat, orderly, and clean. They have the latest technology and are fully trained. The car was in the shop for 3 days and came out looking like new, including a doll-up. They arranged for a rental car that I picked up and dropped off at the shop. Our kids shared car was in a minor collision that scrapped the whole passenger side. When it was time to go get it. I was almost late getting there with a rental drop off so I was not able to stop to fill up the rental cars gas. I was just a mess rushing around. The owners were calm, calmed me down, took care of the paperwork and said if I wanted to it was ok to go ahead and to the gas station for the rental. DC Collision made a bad thing that happen while on vacation, GOOD! The tech that repaired the collision damage to our Ford Escape definitely knew what he was doing. The fit and finish is perfect. When I picked up the car not only was the work done right but the car was cleaned and waxed. They even vacuumed the interior. Just as important, the care shown by the people up front who make contact with the customer is outstanding. They made the paperwork needed for the insurance claim, and the car rental a simple matter. Listen y'all...I don't recommend backing into a parked car in a fit of hangry delirium. But if you DO that, and you need to get your automobile looking pretty again, I DEFINITELY recommend bringing it to DC Collision. They had me sorted out in no time! Absolutely excellent. They worked around my schedule to get me in and were great about staying in contact with me regarding the progress. When they took the car apart and realized it needed additional parts they were immediately on the phone ordering them. This hiccup should've caused additional days of repair that was difficult for me since I didn't have a rental. They put a rush on it and were able to get it back to the original time. These guys did great work on my car. I had several dents and paint chips from stones all along my passenger side. It looks brand new, and they even did a little touch up here and there at no extra cost. They quoted me at a 4 day repair, had it done in 2, and worked after closing time to finish up the last little bits for me so I could have it early. Very pleased.
