This place is the best!!!! I hit a deer last year and damaged the front end of my Honda Element. It was so severe that I didn't think it could've been repaired. My car was towed to Sofia's. I can't tell you how much they made this an easy process for me. My insurance covered everything except the $500 deductible, so I wasn't too concerned about the price for the repairs. I was just thankful that Sofias could repair the damage done. This place is awesome!!!! They repaired my Honda Element and she looked brand new!!! She ran great!!!! They went above and beyond for my car!!! They really know what they are doing at this garage!!! Everyone was so helpful. They kept me up to date on everything. They were honest and upfront with me. I trust this place and if my Honda needs work again, I won't hesitate to call them. They're so friendly and reliable. I've brought a few vehicles here and it's the only place in Rochester I truly trust. You feel good about the entire process, start to finish. You don't feel ripped off and once when you get back in your vehicle you know that the job got completed to it's entirety. Place always seems busy enough where you know it's doing good work and has repeat customers but not too busy where it takes a long time to get your vehicle back. I recently was in an accident and brought my car to Sophia for an estimate of repairs. I not only got the best estimate, I had all my insurance needs taken care of right there. When I brought my car in for the repairs, my rental car (which is covered by my insurance) was there waiting for me. They took exactly the correct number of days they said it would to fix my car and it looked great. When I returned to pick it up, the car rental company was ready to pick up the car right from their location. Staff was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful! Fantastic! read more
