0/10: No Integrity…read more We hired The Tint shop for a commercial job at our office last month. We are highly disappointed in our experience. The lack of communication, integrity and the poor quality of materials. The job is incomplete to this day. The project was chaotic- the day of install, they didn't have enough materials and they were missing items. They installed decals that were not accurate to our logo. The decals were poorly cut out, uneven and crooked. I was told they would reprint the decals they messed up and would be back on Monday to finish the job and reinstall; That was 4 weeks ago. I have called 2-3x a week, sent multiple emails since install to get updates. I am given every excuse in the book. Ben the operations manager will tell you he is 'on it' and that he will call you back with the schedule for reinstalling their mistakes. That never happens. I went in person to the shop to talk to our sales manager Collin Pittman- He committed to have an installer come by after 3 weeks of chasing him down to finish the job. No one showed. I called to ask about it, and get put on hold forever. Dominic the GM, well, you cant seem to get ahold of him either. This is how they do business and our advice, go elsewhere. Work with a company that is professional and has integrity. We have been patient, but they simply don't care. Customer service = 0/10 Quality of work = 0/10 Douchebaggery = 10/10

I recently had tint installed on my car all the way around. When I requested a quote, it came back…read morequickly, and the service was scheduled for the next day. The service took as long as it was originally quoted, and I was happy with the quality. A few days after I did notice any irregularity, stopped by and they fixed it while I waited. In any type of service industry mistakes are going to happen, and I understand that. What I judge a company on is how they handle those mistakes, and in my opinion the tint shop handled this professionally and timely. Thank you to Domenic the service manager for quickly assessing and correcting the issue.

This is not a woman owned business it's only under his wife's name. He owns and runs it under her…read morecause he gets disability. Very unprofessional lack of employees cause he fires everyone after he uses them. Never on time average work at best they take forever to schedule jobs and changes dates for installation over and over again. Unprofessional total scam do not hire this company for security film they are not qualified for any tinting you'll be sorry total train wreck

Company does average / fair tint work however their scheduling, professionalism, billing, customer…read moreservice are all extremely lacking and unprofessional. I 1st scheduled residential tint which was cancelled last min due to owner getting covid, no big deal things happen even though the wife had to loose a day of work. We rescheduled and job was finished and when wife came home she noticed a error / mistake in the tint, we immediately called the owner and scheduled another time for them to come out to fix the mistake as well as purchase more tint work for our home. When The day of this appointment came they did not show up and when I called they stated they forgot about our job (now a 2nd day wife took off work for no reason). So we reschedule again after talking to the owner and saying " he would make sure job done right and take their time and walk around the finished job with me when complete. So when they show up for the repair and 2nd job the 1st thing the owner said was "we really need to hustle, we are in a hurry". When the job was complete the owner said the balance due was $150 but he was giving me a $50 discount due to all the problems and issues we had with their company, so I gave him $100 cash and as they we pulling out my driveway I ran to the car and tipped both workers $20 and said "lunch was on me". A week goes by and I get a call from Jessica (manager/ employee) asking if I was happy with the job and not to worry about the balance due because of all the mistakes and issues we dealt with dealing with Healthy Glass. I asked her where she got her information regarding the bill not being paid and she stated "the owner and worker that were on my job. I let her know that this was NOT TRUE and that the job was paid in full as well as a tip. Before leaving this negative review I attempted multiple times to reach out to both owners and management (Jessica) who stated "the owner would call me tomorrow". I would hate another homeowner to experience what my family did dealing with Healthy glass. The work is average to mediocre, they have scheduling and reliability issues and most concerning I was accused `of not paying when the bill was paid in full both times they came to my home as well as a tip. Also would like to add that me and my family have cameras in our home and my payment during their 2nd job that was "questioned" was caught of camera. Stay away from this company they are trouble and mismanaged!!
