Eventually, we decided it was time to find one company that could bring our entire backyard dream to life. We interviewed four different companies, and Kiko immediately stood out from the rest. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but from day one he was genuinely excited about the transformation process. Having someone just as excited as we were made him feel like so much more than an ordinary contractor. Choosing Kiko gave us peace of mind knowing he would truly do his absolute best to help us achieve our dream backyard. Throughout the entire process, Kiko was transparent, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. Whenever unexpected situations came up, he always kept us informed and worked with us to find the best solution. One thing we especially loved about this company is that they have an amazing team behind the scenes specializing in every aspect of the project. At the beginning of the process, we had so many ideas floating around, and Aya, their architect, helped bring everything together beautifully. I sent her my inspiration photos, and she created a 3D rendering of our backyard that truly helped everyone visualize the final result. Kiko and Aya even came to our home to present the design, and they made changes in real time until we were genuinely happy with the plan. Even after that initial meeting, our design evolved many times, and Kiko was always patient, receptive, and attentive to all of our comments and concerns. He even made sure to preserve several of our trees and carefully relocate my banana and lime trees that I love so much. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us. Our entire backyard renovation including demolition, pool construction, inspections, and everything in between was estimated to take about six months, but the project was completed much faster than expected. His team worked so efficiently, and we were consistently impressed by their dedication and work ethic. My husband and I even went away on a two-week vacation during construction, and Kiko made sure our home was taken care of while we were gone. There were even times we would message him late at night fully expecting a response the next morning, but he would still reply. Daisy, Juan, and the rest of the hardworking crew who were part of the main construction process were also incredible to work with. Every person on the team was kind, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship and overall quality this company provides truly is the best of the best. Completing this renovation has been one of the biggest upgrades we've ever made to our home, and my husband and I are beyond grateful to Kiko and his entire team for taking such great care of us throughout the process. We had a rental property that needed the backyard flooring redone since whoever originally had…read moreinstalled it had done it incorrectly. The floors in the backyard were downright gross with mold and sand. We were however on a pretty tight time crunch with the new tenants scheduled to move in within the next 2 weeks. Originally we had contacted several places which included AM Masonry & Concrete. Right away we got a response from Amosa. After hearing about our strict timeline he was able to swing by the very next morning to take a look at what we needed done. Out of all the places we contacted, Amosa responded to us the fastest with the most detailed estimate . Other companies took much longer to get back to us. We didn't have to wait an entire day or more for a response. His responsiveness and punctuality was only a few reasons why we chose to go with him. Amosa priced the job fairly and was easy to deal with. Communication throughout the process was clear. The foreman on the job, Joe, was very friendly and easy to speak to. Joe let me know if his crew had any questions and confirmed if there was anything that needed to be clarified before proceeding. Furthermore, Amosa would text me periodic updates and let me know beforehand what the schedule was. We had a hiccup after the plumbers had capped off the outside gas line which shut off the water heater. I contacted Amosa to let him know that our hot water was not working and he was able to get the plumber to come to our house on a Sunday to fix the issue. This type of responsiveness and sense of urgency was appreciated (especially for a family with kids). The work was completed on time and the concrete is a welcome upgrade to the old uneven walkway that we had before. Amosa and Joe's team rerouted some electrical conduit, capped gas lines that were no longer being used and poured new concrete. I recommend AM Masonry & Concrete.

We asked for a complex, multi-tiered built-in bench to be integrated into our retaining wall, and they nailed the exact child-safe, flush-front design we wanted. They also laid down a massive patio area with a custom floating diamond paver inlay that looks stunning. He came out and looked at the job and gave me the price. So the next week they started, the Crew was 2 guys and Edgardo. They all are hard workers and in one day the had it ready for the concert. It was hot the next day so two days later they showed up and with the concert pumper and the concert truck the job came out great. I'd highly recommend this com
