After a wildlife company evicted the bats and sealed up everything, the healthiest thing was to perform bat remediation by removing old insulation and have the attic cleaned and disinfected. The crew at ATEZ was amazing! Under cramped conditions, they worked in suits and respirators to remove the insulation, scrub contaminated areas, wiped down everything three times, then sprayed an antibacterial, and finally a seal coat. It is squeaky clean and a relief to be finished with this phase! I offer this service at an extremely competitive rate while not compromising on a quality finish." Boy, was that a lie! This guy had no business doing this type of work. But... that's a different review. I called Brandon and explained what was going on, and even though I didn't hire them, he took time out of his day, came out and gave me some critical feedback. Brandon was professional and clear, and as he talked I knew I had hired a general handyman to do a professional's job. If it hadn't been for Brandon and his expert advice, I would have been left with a shady contractor and an unfinished excavation site. In this moment of tragedy, this company chooses to take advantage and try to juice him out of all his money. Any company that will steal from a veteran is not a company that deserves support or business. They quoted a price on a large job and towards the end, wanted 75% more than the quoted amount...and on top of that, double billed several items in the thousands of dollars. Do not allow this shady company and individuals that work for and with them to steal from you. They had several opportunities to do the right thing, but continued to choose to be crooks. They got back to me right away, and scheduled an appointment for the next day to pump our two tanks. They arrived a little early, which was great, and did a fantastic job on both of the tanks. I've included some before, and after pictures that they provided, as well as looking at them visually from when they were completed, and the difference is astounding. Not only did they remove the waste, but they cleaned both tanks. In addition, Loose Deuce performed some cleaning and maintenance on our main house tank, that is a dual chamber 1500 gallon tank. I've included photos of the difference, and they also showed me how to perform maintenance on them as well as how often. They also set up email reminders on a schedule for us, to avoid letting them go too far before pumps. Shawn and his crew are also super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond for an extremely reasonable price. I like to support small, local businesses and Loose Deuce is a great example of why. Exceptional service and results.
