However, I pressed the star button to get to an operator more than ten times!!!! To no avail!!! So, I called back, with my phone number blocked, and reached the rudest, operator she called herself!!! Then I placed at least five more calls back to the same phone number (mine being blocked) and it rang, and it rang...never an answer! How has anyone ever dealt with this company? A Qualified Property Management company??? I can tell you that whatever my home owners association pays them is tooooo much! They take first prize in rudeness and the highest award in Lack of Customer Service!!!! I gave them a one star and that was too good of a review!

You can pay your rent online, but if you don't enter your bank routing info, the fee is a little steep. So, I'd recommend paying by check each month, or entering your banking info on the site, which I don't typically do. The duplex I rent is beautiful, especially the lawn and botanical touches, and I get many compliments from friends who have come to visit. I would actually love to own something so beautiful and easy to maintain in the future and rent out the other side. It feels like a house/home instead of the apartments I'm used to since moving back to Florida. I love all the beautiful windows, the paint was freshly updated, nice blinds, cold a/c, pretty kitchen and basically, everything was in good working order when I rented (the items that weren't, such as simple things like the shower fan or doorbell not working, they promptly fixed). I felt like as a management team that they care about my needs. The pest control company did a good job right before I moved in when I pointed out (the very few) pests I found; after that, tenant is responsible for pest control and I take care of that myself with Home Defense from Lowe's and haven't seen any pests. Starting this year, maintenance can be informed a different way: on the website via a form, by email, or by separate phone number to contact. The staff, the maintenance crew and even the lawn guys are extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Ms. Nada and her fantastic folks at House Huntin'! I understand they manage thousands of properties, and not just in this state. Way to go, staff! Support a local, woman-owned small business that knows how to treat their tenants right (Nada showed me the place personally as I filled out the application, and I knew right away it was what I wanted). I look forward to a long relationship with these folks until and unless I buy my own house at some point. Now I hate to say it but I have to write a retraction to the positive review I gave them. We took posession of our current rental thru them on 21 Dec 17. We were sadly disappointed upon entering this rental. It was totally outdated, air conditioning did not work, hot water tank was non-functioning, ceiling fan in bedroom not working, place was dirty, carpets uncleaned and so much more. Also found two dead roaches under the kitchen sink where the floor of the cupboard was rotted and a dead roach was found in the bathroom under the sink. Microwave is non-functioning and to top it off, no smoke alarms were to be found. Apparently an inspection before we took the keys was not done. A statement was made that a thorough cleaning was done but alas, this was not the case. After all our aggravation and disappointment some of the issues have been rectified but they should have been found in the inspection. Also, I have started doing a thorough cleaning and just did the living room and kitchen area and had to empty my vacuum twice due to all the filth vacuumed from the rug. I can honestly say I would never recommend this company to anyone either to manage or to find a rental. My husband and I are two very dissatisfied renters. Theresa Koplas

Their response was they were going to continue to send emails to her because her name was on the home even after it was removed. Took multiple emails to get them to change it and they still do not just address emails to me. They send strangers to take photos of your property, even venturing onto the sidewalk to get a better picture of the sides of your house. "Violations" are sent via email and often off by weeks or even a month. The people skills are terrible and you can tell they are in this purely for the money. Strongly avoid if possible.
