As I ran into…read morethe house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their "preferred" restoration companies. I didn't even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn't until the next evening. I couldn't believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us. I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. You can't go wrong with Dustin and his crew. Thank you for making a terrible experience bearable for our family.

On August 27, the towel bar in my bathroom unexpectedly detached…read more Upon attempting to reattach it, it was discovered that the screws had been screwed into a hollow opening of the wall filled with a paper/cardboard material--rather than being properly secured. This concealed issue would not have been visible had the towel bar not fallen. As of 8/28/2025, the cardboard was removed by the owner, Roy who proceeded to explain "it was a quick fix," and the bar was affixed to satisfaction, however the method used to install it to begin with is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of other completed work in my home. While I appreciate this being cared for, I was also asked to remove my review from BBB however, in good conscience, I wanted to document and share my experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same outcome.

I am writing this 5-star review for Quality Restoration as a happy customer. They just completed…read morerenovation/repair of damages to our home caused by a July 14, 2024 Tucson monsoon. Our neighborhood (the 85745 zip code) was hit hard by that storm, with lots of homes damaged - many far worse than ours. Our home was built in 1971, and has had multiple additions/renovations in its 53 years. The most significant damage from this storm was to the unwieldy 1971 era, 96" by 96" floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in our dining room (the storm bent the frame inwards and the doors were precariously left jammed in place), and significant water leakage through the 1971 era dining room window. Quality Restoration was able to replace the sliding glass doors, rebuild the wall to install a 2024 era sliding glass patio door, repair/replace the water damaged drywall/insulation below the leaking window, seal the replacement 2024 era double paned glass window, and repaint the dining room and the attached hallway. The job took four days (exactly as estimated/quoted). I will attach before and after photos here, but most importantly, I wish to add some commentary about the company and personnel. "Quality" is an incredibly apt name for them. They have all the elements of great customer service -- they listen to the problems, propose solutions, adjust for your budget, answer the phone when you call, communicate when things will happen, meet deadlines, quote cost before the job and stick to those quotes unless there are changes in the scope of work, and are meticulous about arriving when they promised, keeping the jobsite clean and leaving it clean at the end of the project. They don't cut corners. It's just all around "quality" work. Special shout out to Lem and Kristy Nash (owners) and Pete (the project manager) for their ability to adapt and work around obstacles and problem solve. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

Richard and Morgan came out shortly after to start the tear out of our water damage. It was so painful to hear them tearing out my beautiful hickory cabinets, but they did what they had to do. They cleaned up after each day and were super respectful when they were there. Their cabinet guy that pulled our cabinet faces off and rebuilt the boxes was an expert craftsman. Mickey, who fixed all of the insulation drywall and painting got it done within two days and it looked fabulous. They installed the cabinets and granite countertop without any damage. There was an issue with the backsplash tile installation but they made sure it was fixed correctly. I can't say enough about these guys and how fantastic and professional they were. I would take them over a National brand any day. And I am writing this review a year and a half after the repair because I always make sure it turns out great in the long-term.
