I believe I spoke with Andrea the whole tIme and she had their team out and trimmed our bushes and picked up wood and other debris in our yard within days of me contacting them. They even asked if I wanted to double check their work to make sure we were happy with the results (we were very pleased). They filled up an entire 8' wide * 12' long * 7' high towed trailer with all the branches, vines, leaves, grass and plant trimmings the cut and cleaned for us, and their price was very reasonable and affordable.
