I also wanted the wood trim around the garage door, first and second floor windows, a large colonial window above the entrance, the front door and windows, and all facia boards repainted. I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. I am completely satisfied with the results. Before, during, and after the project communication was great. They did everything promised. I highly recommend Liberty Painting.

The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. Each person on the project - Elena the project manager, Juan the site supervisor, Alexa the designer, John the estimator, and especially the lead technician Cornelio was a pleasure to work with. As with any renovation, there are always surprises and hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, even when I was stressed and occasionally cranky. One thing of particular note was how much the team was willing to work with me when the inevitable surprises came up. There are things that nobody can foresee, which usually results in a change order and extra cost, but then there are those little things where everyone leaves a conversation with a different impression. In those latter instances, I always really appreciated how willing everyone was to meet me halfway and to make sure I felt good about how things were going and confident that we were doing right by each other. I had a water-damage situation in my basement after rainwater started leaking in through the window. The wall underneath it was soaked, the paint was bubbling, and the drywall eventually had to be opened up. They came out right away, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. The team removed the damaged wall, dried out the entire area behind it, treated everything to prevent future issues, and then rebuilt the wall from scratch. They also installed proper waterproofing around the window area so this never happens again.What I really appreciate is how fast and smoothly they worked. I had them do the full kitchen renovation (new cabinets, counters, OTR microwave + reinstallation of appliances). And then followed up with a bundle discount to add in new carpet for the entire place. Replacing missing carpet on first floor and the whole upstairs. I believe the price was still outstanding for what I got. They subcontract out the work, but they get discounts from their subcontractors which they pass on to you. Everyone I worked with throughout the whole process (well, I have no complaints) they all did excellent and I felt comfortable the whole way. (Lastly) he has followed up afterwards to help with handyman tasks and some minor touch up tasks. I believe the price for those all still great. I recommend Dominic and crew from Green and Gold for any and all projects. Def very happy I found them. I will be going to them first for pretty much any home repair needs going forward. I appreciated the contract was professional and comprehensive with provisions to address repairs/corrections (if necessary) after work is completed. Their quote was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The workers were professional, adaptable to changes, and demonstrated pride in their work through the lifecycle of the project. I also appreciated they took their time installing the sheetrock and made all of their cuts with precision and tight fitting joints; they pre-cut wiring box, lighting, and HVAC holes prior to hanging rather than roto-zipping the holes, which mitigated potential damage to wiring in boxes. They were responsive and non argumentative to touch up areas I identified that needed sanding and/or paint; and they independently performed their own quality assurance touch ups throughout the process. They used quality Sherwin Williams paint and applied multiple coats to ensure uniform application. Great company, leadership, and workmanship overall. They completed the project without pauses and used the same workers throughout. In the end, all of the sheetrock lines are crisp and straight and the surfaces are smooth and even. While I do most of my own projects, I will certainly seek G&G services for future projects I have in mind! Big thanks to the team for a job well done and the care you have given to our home!

Our condo flooded and we needed our entire condo painted (one room needed some serious work as it had wall paper), an entire new kitchen cabinets set, new kitchen counters, new water line to fridge, new kitchen sink, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal, bathroom floor tiling, bathroom wall tiling, new bathroom vanity with faucet and other various little things. The process took a little over 2 weeks (which is exactly what they said it would take). The main point of contact for us was Mattie. He and his brother were excellent communicators with me and my wife. Not only did he keep us informed every step of the way, but he did it in a way we could understand (Yes he done the job for us lol). They were so nice and accommodating when we added to the job with no complaints at all. They also had an excellent design team when they came and looked at our kitchen. Above all else, their prices were very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend 5 Star Renovation and Design.

He pays great attention to detail, and despite some tricky corners and cabinets, he made everything look great. I have a two story house. I needed some repair work done to the wood window frame around a rather…read morelarge master bedroom dormer above my garage. I also wanted the wood trim around the garage door, first and second floor windows, a large colonial window above the entrance, the front door and windows, and all facia boards repainted. I received four estimates, but only three did site visits. Three of the estimates were over $4,000. My house was built in 1993. I've had the front soft washed and repainted three times since then. Each time the price was a little higher, but no where close to $4,000. Liberty Painting's price was very reasonable and no where near $4,000. We scheduled the work for the following week. Two painters arrived on time. We discussed the scope of work, which included soft washing the wood. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. They cleaned up the work area as promised. I am completely satisfied with the results. Before, during, and after the project communication was great. They did everything promised. I highly recommend Liberty Painting.
