We are a no shoes household and he noticed that right away on entry and took his shoes off so that he didn't step on our carpet with his shoes. I appreciate his attention to details like that and being respectful. The price was reasonable at 220 to repair this. There's no way I would have been able to get this done myself given the time it took. I will definitely be using Alex as my handyman from here on out.

I called, left a message, and Carlos called me back within a few hours. He came out to my house quickly and gave me a quote. I decided to hire his business on the spot, I didn't try to find another businesses. He scheduled the job for the following week. I appreciated that it all happened quickly. He sent an email with a description of the paint job to be done along with all his licenses and qualifications in multiple attachments. He was not the one who did the job though, one of his men did it. It took him two days, and Carlos did come out at the end of each day to check over his work. I am overall pleased with the job, the doors and porch look good, but as for the steps, I can see patches on the steps where the old paint had flaked off. I was hoping for a more even cover up. His crew did 3 vaulted ceilings and a full bedroom for my townhouse in one day (9am-3pm). The guys were clean and professional. They also did drywall patch-ups on any "uneven" surfaces, prior to painting. The pricing was reasonable and he even used premium quality paint. My only pet-peeve is that Carlos never picks up the phone when you call, unless he called you immediately beforehand; you have to leave a message. Also, he would tell me he schedules his guys to be there between 8:30-9am on x, but show up at 8am (this kind of matters when I'm meeting someone and not living there) or the second job I asked him to do, he said Thursday or Friday, but then called me on Wednesday and said his guy was waiting at the job.
