Carlos was able to help me get every sorted out and organized. It was a bit of a mess beforehand and now everything seems to be in order. The store also has all of the latest phones, cases and accessories. It's also generally not crazy busy. It took a while to get things sorted and I had to call customer service while I was there. They customer service person was a bit of a pain but the store guys got on the phone and were able to figure everything out. They're pretty helpful here and that's refreshing to see at a cell phone store.

Since upgrading to maximum-data rate service in February of 2025, short term intermittencies have…read moredisappeared. Instead, there have been seven multi-hour losses of Internet connectivity. Our microwave radio relay changed from Fred's Mountain to Peavine peak when we installed the maximum-data rate equipment. According to SkyFiber, their relay station on Peavine peak does not have backup power, and so every time NV Energy loses power in the area, our Internet service is lost. Communication with customers when outages occur is slow.
