I attempted to transfer my Spectrum cellphone to T-Mobile. After an hour and a half, my Spectrum phone shut off, and my T-Mobile phone didn't start up. Now I have no cellphone that works. Now I'm told to go to a T-Mobile store with my four brand new Galaxy A17 5G phones. I don't have the use of a vehicle at the moment. Worst service ever! They won't close my account. They gave me the transfer pins to move them to spectrum... and told me to call back to close the account. When I called back they said they couldn't close my account because I no longer had a phone that they couldn't close verify me with by sending a pin. WORST SERVICE ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a new phone from given store ,upon transaction completion no receipt was given to me before exiting , I asked for one but the clerk was hesitant so I left with a brand new phone and, no receipt .No longer then 36 hours later I had recovered my old phone so new phone was no longer needed. I went back to store immediately the next day when opened and told them why I was returning phone, the manager replies "we cannot take back phone after 24 hours" mind you this was only 36 hours and metroPCs will return phones up to 14 days with or without receipt. After our account was closed and paid in full a year and a half ago, all of sudden we are getting a credit ding for an unpaid balance. After spending a lot of time on the phone with them and then in the Keystone store 6 months ago then confirmed it was paid in full. Now another collection company just filed a new one. This Company is terrible and should be avoided. Terrible service and billing errors that seem to never get corrected properly. read more

Stopped in to get some phone stuff sorted out. Needed to do all sorts of activation, purchasing and voodoo wizardry, I had previously wasted hours talking to a phone rep that made my life miserable. Carlos was able to help me get every sorted out and organized. It was a bit of a mess beforehand and now everything seems to be in order. The store also has all of the latest phones, cases and accessories. It's also generally not crazy busy. It took a while to get things sorted and I had to call customer service while I was there. They customer service person was a bit of a pain but the store guys got on the phone and were able to figure everything out. They're pretty helpful here and that's refreshing to see at a cell phone store. read more

I joined T-Mobile internet over 2years ago here in South Reno which was mostly good with the occasional no connection until 5 months ago when the nightmare began with no connection, poor connection or sporadic connection. I have had several online chats on their app when there was a connection and several phone calls with being given the same line every time such as looking for the problem, some problem with the tower, etc. give us a few more days to resolve whatever. I even spent 45 minutes on the phone with some guy possibly in India who decided I needed a replacement router about 2 months ago. The new router did not solve my nonexistent internet connection even though it showed 3bars, so I did more chats and lots of phone calls until last week when I told Alan S. of T-Mobile I could not keep going while paying every month. Again he asked for more time but I said they were giving me the same excuse they were working on it. I asked him for a return label for the router, he cut me off while on the chat even though I was paid up to the end of the month. I then called customer service and asked for the return label which they attached to my email but would not reconnect my already paid for service unless I agreed to start a new account, which is out of the question. So if you live in South Reno T-Mobile internet may not be worth your aggravation. read more

I signed up with tmobile approx. 2014. I have the magenta plan for seniors. I have purchased multiple phones in that time. I have 4 lines. 2 phones are paid off. So I'm paying on 2 phones now. My phone bill has been 300.00 for a very long time. Didn't question cuz I was paying on phones but now my phone bill went over 300.00! I call, ( you can't get an English person, they all sound like they're talking jibberish) only to find that I was still paying insurance after I canceled insurance months ago in an effort to lower my bill! I'm livid. Then they advertise 4 lines for 25 a line.... why wasn't I offered that plan? Why are they so decietful? I have asked repeatedly in the past yr for a hard copy of my itemized bill. I saw an ad offering $25 a month per line for unlimited 5G cell service. I was paying a lot more than that at Verizon. So I tried to switch. It was a horrible decision. They promised me a 14 day trial period at no cost so that I could see if the service would work for me. Reception was good, but calls kept dropping and my phone was invaded with constant spam/ads/junk/apps. Even message threads were invaded. I tried to get the phone cleaned up and to get the phone working from my home, but everything failed. So I tried to cancel the "free trial". So far, in spite of hours of trying and approximately 10 trips to various T-Mobile shops, I am unable to get the transfer codes so that I can return to Verizon. I would advise anybody NOT, DEFINITELY NOT to try T-Mobile. It is a nightmare to try to get them to honor what they promise. Cost so far on my credit card $233. That is what they meant by free trial? Of course, I complained to AMEX and they removed the dishonest charges. I have to get a new credit card and I still don't have a working phone. My advice is that if you have already made the mistake of trying T-Mobile, you should throw your cell phone onto the highway and be sure to run over it well before you leave it for others to run over. Tylor Sarria set me and my wife up a new magenta account when I was at Hot August Nights in 2021 and it was the worst decision of my mobile phone life. I switched from Metro PCS because they use the Tmobile backbone - why not go directly to the source and save some money. Tylor advised me that I would receive free Mexico and Canada long distance, just like my metro account. I went on a cruise ship to mexico and used long distance calling on my phone. Without warning, I had my phone shut off before I got off the ship. I visited a local store in the area and was told that I used the ships cell service, the bill got high, and so they turned off my service. They reversed the charges and turned it back on. Later, I received a $800 bill for using the ships cell service - late fees. I visited my local metro store, they reversed the charges, but the next month, I received another bill for over $800 - late fees. I visited the local T mobile store about 6 times, called account office about 6 times. Tmobile does not have a customer services department. All they have is accounting and they will offer to set up an easy payment plan. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wrote them a certified letter - nothing. I finally filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission FCC. This has been ongoing for 6 months, I don't plan to pay this bill. I since quit Tmobile because of this and went to Verizon and am quit happy. I recently received a required letter (because of FCC) that pretty much said that I owe them over $1000 because I terminated my service early, plus a lot of late fees. Also, I had to pay for the phones. I wish I would have stayed with Metro PCS or went to the less expensive Verizon service instead of using the Tmobile service that I was sold from the manager of this store. Plan to file a complaint with the FCC if you ever have a dispute with your charges, because they dont have a Customer Service Department. read more

Worst experience ever I got new service, 2 phone lines and 2 new phones had cash to pay for our phones and because they didn't have the color I wanted, I said well I just wanted to pay in cash everything so I don't have to pay later or anything and they said I was fine and good and should be receiving phone in mail in 3 business days, I couldn't figure out the phone I did have for my boyfriend and went in very next day to get help setting up phone and said I was told I had 2 days to respond to email and so I let the lady know that it would not let me get in the T-Mobile app because I want the same number but can't change it over until I receive new phone because I use my phone for business, when I went to the store next day the lady said she doesn't know why I was told that and everything was fine with my account and the card I put on file was supposed to be billed next month, so I'm like okay I'm waiting for phone in mail and by Wednesday went to store to ask I haven't received my phone and then they said oh it is here in store and my phone was canceled , I was like what and we can give you the phone if you pay for it, I was so mad I already was told both phones were paid for and was not expecting to pay, I don't have the money because I was told I paid for both phones when I just started new service with this company , I'm so mad and now there being very rude and this is the T-Mobile store off keystone, why did they say everything was good and have me wait for in mail, nothing makes since , they lied because I said I want to pay everything in cash now and charge my card for future monthly payments, they said I was all good, wtf now I was lied to, there rude and I just started service WOW! I have no choice but to buy phone when I get paid so I'm using my old phone that barely works, I'm a hiit instructor and use my phone for classes and my personal training clients, all business and not expecting this to happen to me, I'm not sure what is going on they have no communication with other employees and I really feel like they took the $200 something I paid for 2nd phone and now I am screwed and have to come up with money I was told I already paid for and was good, worst experience I have ever had!!!!!
