Came in to have some documents printed and the male employee Ralph was very nice and easy going, the other employee Lauren was absolutely atrocious. She was blatantly walking around ranting and was absolutely terrible to her fellow coworker. She was rude to all the customers that came in, luckily I had Ralph helping me instead. I went to this UPS store on Delaware Road and was 'helped' by a woman whose name I did not get but she had brown hair, glasses, and a big nasty attitude. I placed the shipping label atop the package and asked if she could please help me tape it to the package and she said nastily: 'We don't HAVE tape here.' Really, you have NO tape at a store that offers shipping, not even for purchase?!? Okay then. Then she flung the shipping label back at me. Then she said that the packaging was not able to be accepted by UPS. Really? Because **UPS delivered it to me exactly this way**. Weird that what they ship to customers can't be shipped back the same way. I am going to take this return elsewhere. As I turned to leave she very sarcastically screamed: 'Have a wonderful day!' but she may as well have yelled: 'F*ck you!' because that's certainly the tone she used. She disgusted me. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS itself. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. UPDATE - I took the exact same item to a different UPS store (in Cheektowaga) and they accepted it as-is and were able to tape the label on for me. This confirms that the nasty woman from the Delaware Road location was a lying you-know-what. read more

Five stars for super friendly and helpful staff! They have a notary on site during limited hours - if you call ahead you can set up an appointment or find out what the current hours are for drop-ins. I was able to get one for the very next day. They got everything I needed taken care of quickly and for far less than I was quoted at FedEx. Plenty of parking available too! read more

I was faced with a problem with how to transport a purchased fishing kayak from Tonawanda, NY to Hawaii. Normally I triple-wrap a kayak and send it on its way. In this case, once the kayak reaches California, the fishing kayak is loaded on a ship and transported to Hawaii. I was asked to box a 13-foot fishing kayak. My logistical partner called the UPS store on Delaware Avenue, Tonawanda, NY for assistance. Spoke with the owner Rolene, who in turn called me and a plan was put in place to build a box for the kayak. When the special ordered boxes were received, a wonderful thing happened. Lauren, one of the associates who works at the Delaware store came to my store to help me create/build the box. Four hours later we successfully boxed the kayak, and the kayak is now on its way to Hawaii. I can't thank this UPS location enough for the assistance on this project. Thinking out of the box from the initial phone call laying out a plan, to putting the plan in place with a successful finished product. On Friday, December 30th, I went to the UPS store #1332, on Delaware Road in Tonawanda, NY, at 8:00 a.m. to try to return a package to DIRECTV which I wanted to refuse. The UPS representative on duty was MIA. She was attentive to my needs and very cheerful, even at that hour of the morning. She admonished me and advised that I should contact DIRECTV before returning the package so I would not incur additional charges. I took her advice and called DIRECTV. MIA was absolutely correct. I had to switch out the new and old receivers and return the old one to DIRECTV. Upon my return to the store, approximately two hours later, MIA cheerfully and professionally returned the receiver to DIRECTV me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Had a package ship next day air and it never made it. I ask them before I shipped it and was told by them it will make it. I asked this question because we had a strom three days before and I wanted to make sure there was going to be no issues. I called the store for a partial refund and they told me UPS corporate said they denied the claim due to weather. But when I called UPS corporate they said I can get a partial refund, so I called the store one more time and they hung up on me....crazy right..so I called back and the employee said that they were told my the owner not to talk to me .... which I have called about five times before and was never rude or out of line and every time I called I got the run around from them....VERY POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!! read more

I stop by this location fairly often, typically on off peak hours. I've never had to wait to be helped and they've always been very accommodating. They accept Amazon returns, including no label and no repackaging returns. I've also shipped things that are weird sizes and shapes and they helped me package them properly. Easy parking. I contacted Caitlin at the store for a unique shipment of a wooden chest made by my great grandfather needing shipped to California from my mom's house which we shut down . She made the entire process heavenly , with accepting delays at my end and encouraging me through the whole process . Caitlin coordinated the box needs at her end while waiting for the chest .
