I called the cleaners and then took it back a second time. Still it was covered with "white" fuzz. The man told me that the white fibers are coming out of the black coat. (This did not even make sense). He said he cleaned it and then used a roller and he couldn't get it off. I told him that the first time he cleaned it he must have washed it with a white cotton item. He first told me he cleaned it and the second time I came in he told me about the person who cleaned it the first time. He refunded my 10.50 after I asked but when I expressed that he ruined the coat and should be reimbursing me at the least 40.00 toward a new coat. He said "You WON'T be getting 40.00. I won't be going there again.

I am very disappointed with the inconsistent service at this store. I explained I didn't like the…read morefit of the shoulders and was told it "looked fine" and "should be ok" but it should be that I didn't like the fit and felt uncomfortable and it made me look boxy. I was told that with rentals I "have to pick the lesser of two evils." the shoulders could fit or I could button the top button because of my body. Then I was told there were no suspenders to keep the pants up. I asked if a pair could be added and was told it was "too late" so I would have to buy a pair if I wanted them. Weird how we could change/fix a whole suitcoat but not add suspenders. Then during the time I was being helped, the associate kept going to help another customer, trying to be in two places at once. I understand the store was busy, but there was a virtual line. I expect for an event like this and with the money I'm spending that there would be a bit more care and attention made. Never again!

Went here for a bridesmaids dress alterations. Terrible experience. They pinned the dress in one…read moreplace and then totally ignored the pins and shortened the straps so that they could make the alterations easier for them. When I tried it on the boob cups were at my collar bones. They blamed my boobs saying they were too big for the dress even though the dress fit perfectly with the pins before they the sowed it. I had to have them undo some of the alterations. Other bridesmaids in the wedding went here and had problems with their dresses too. Also my friend in the wedding said that when she picked up her dress they held it up to my dress for reference (since both dresses had been shortened to Tea length) and when they saw that the dresses were totally different length and they didn't fix hers.
