To my delight the implants were removed and replaced properly giving me the ability to chew and feel comfortable about my teeth! The Dr. identified a couple of other issues and scheduled time for restoration. The office staff are knowledgeable and pleasant . In fact every one in the office makes me feel like a valuable customer! Outstanding in every aspect!

This caused shifting of my front teeth. Tried to tell me it was my fault in about 5 different ways. He actually told me teeth move all the time. Really???? WHAT???? I have never had a dentist that was a bold face liar trying to cover up the damage he did. He even told me when he placed it in that the crown was sitting too high. Not only was it too high, it was too big. I was having another issue with it as well from the time he placed it in. These concerns were dismissed. He struggled to get it in. Its really sad when you put trust in people like this and they take no accountability. Now that the damage is done he wanted to send me to orthodontist to pay more money. I can see why their overall rating on here is a 2. These people need a lawsuit. Im going to get a second opinion and go from there. I am taking myself and my family elsewhere where people actually care. As I said it's all cookies & cupcakes until something goes wrong. I would mention his name but I don't believe in smearing somebody's name but if my second opinion on what he did by a trusted dentist proves he was in the wrong, I most definitely will seek legal advice. Such a sad situation. I would give a zero rating. Please don't put your trust in these people. Because at the end of the day...its your fault!!!!

She called back to see if they came in, nothing Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and now Valentine. They are blaming everything on COVID. That is no excuse. I am not her daughter but she raised me. Mind you without the top she is eating only soups. She is loosing weight and didn't get to enjoy the holidays with family. So I call yesterday and I know the laws for HIPPA as my husband was Chief of Police. I just wanted to check and see if they could refund me and they could not tell me I can not talk to them they just hung up. And this was an Angela and she told me she was Management. So unprofessional and will not recommend any one to go their ever.

I called this office, next to Walmart, gave them my new insurance information and when I went in,…read morethey said the Co-pay was $70. I thought that was high but paid anyway. Only to find out through an additional bill that came later, they did not take my insurance. They knew this and did not say it up front. As well as they day after my appointment I had pink eye.
