I politely declined with a "no thank you" only for the cashier to continue to ask me "you really want to pass up on the savings?" To which I replied... "YES! I want to pass up on the savings" hence why I said "no thank you" the very first time I was asked. Please do NOT continue to ask the same thing over and over once someone has politely declined. No thank you means no thank you. You've trained your staff well on how to try to convince your shoppers to enroll but please re-train them to accept no the first time. Allow your customers to shop in peace and to be able to access the aisles so we can spend our money on your merchandise. Never have I seen a store staffed so heavily resulting in multiple employees congregating in the same area (it doesn't take 3 people to do a 1 person job).

I was checking out the women's area for blazers they actually have a blazer for work and the size is my size. Inside the store was clean the people were super helpful to assist me during the process. What I like exactly about Marshalls is the discounted prices compared to other stores in the area or via online. Only thing I could do without is the super long line at the checkout register. Nostrom Rack had plenty of men's pajamas to choose from at a discounted price compared to the regular price. And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Overall I had an excellent customer service experience at Nordstrom rack. I definitely would be turning in the future.

Currently they are doing "rack "Friday sale. Red tags are an additional 40% off. I found a pair of nice jeans by the brand frame, which is pretty pricey brand and I only paid $38. They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!

All of the flowers are ordered were made a heavy metal so I know they won't fall apart anytime soon. I love how clean the store is and how nice the employees are. They always answer my random questions. I've never in line long, which is good, because the last time I'm in line the less things I see that I feel I need while I'm standing in line to be checked out.
