Brand New Store!! I was approached and greeted kindly by an employee! I was apologized to for stuff…read morestill being worked on in the store and told they were here to help me find anything I needed! Great greeting with a friendly smile and great customer service!! Produce: large and individually sold items include cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes, onions, carrots.... Meat: Great selection of extremely reasonable priced meats that include ribs, tri tip, beef tongue, Ada's, pastor, chicken, all ready to be individually wrapped, and or bbq'd same day!! Prices were VERY competitive to SALE prices!! I will be back to purchase meats!!! I loved that the bulk buys were vacuum sealed they were not smothered in globs of fat either!! Mexican candy; there was a good selection of Mexican candy!! Canned goods: Not a lot of canned goods passed jalapeños, beans, hominy, tomatillos, salsa.. Dried goods: Great selection of dried beans, lentils, rice, flours including rice flour, masa and other stuff I was not familiar with but was fitting to our middle eastern community! I'm happy to see new products available for other cultures!! Drinks: I am not a drink person, but noticed bulk buys on Red Bull, electrolytes, teas, Arizona, aloe drinks, and a selection of Torani brand syrups. Tortillas: Rather large selection of tostada , sopes, corn and flour tortillas in ALL different sizes! I believe the largest tortilla I saw was 14 inches which was pretty big. Cooking oils: a large selection of cooking fats both cold and shelf stable that include HUGE tubs of both butter and margarine, crisco, oil, Pam, other cooking sprays, and other cultural types of oils I was not familiar with but was happy to see, will be researching and looking up for myself! Cooking utensils: great selection of knives, spatulas, serving spoons, ladles, cutlery, steak knives, plastic serving utensils (disposable) Cooking equipment: Large selection and everything you could need from griddles, grills, cooking pots, woks, pans small and large, Molcajete, grinding stones, stone comals, metal cooking sheets, bowls, storage containers of all shapes and sizes. Disposable packaging and eating utensils: large selection of serving plates and trays with lids, different cups including both hot and cold beverage containers, cutlery in different styles and colors. They also had a bag selection. Office supplies/cleaning :a small selection of register tapes and trash bags cleaning supplies, degreasers, cleaners, soaps, disinfectant cleaners Would I return/recommend this store: Yes. I immediately made a few calls to friends I know who are involved with committed that cook for large groups of people like band moms, football moms, parent club members, private school parents!!! I also called people who have large family/friend gatherinThey are all excited especially since it's almost across the street from Costco on Shaw!

I visited this store over the last two days trying to return some plants that were nearly a year…read moreold. I didn't have the receipt, and they had originally been purchased with a gift card, so I knew it was going to be a challenge. I have to give a huge shout-out to the ladies at Customer Service, especially Marina. They truly exhausted every possible option to help me. At one point, I accepted that I might just have to take the loss because I didn't think there was anything else they could do. Instead of giving up, they kept digging through their system like private investigators until they found my original receipt based on the purchase date! They were patient, understanding, flexible, and determined to help. While my friend and I were waiting, several other team members also stopped by to ask if we needed anything, which really showed how attentive and customer-focused the staff is. The customer service at this location is unmatched. Experiences like this are why I'll definitely be returning for future home improvement projects. Thank you, Marina and the entire team, for going above and beyond!

I've always had great experiences with Home Depot, which is why this visit to the River Park…read morelocation was so disappointing. As a local business owner, I spend thousands of dollars at Home Depot every year purchasing tools, materials, and supplies for our barbershop. Because of that, I've always trusted Home Depot and appreciated the customer service I've received until now. We came in to make what we believed was a straightforward return, but instead of being treated with respect and professionalism, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the General Manager, Juan Franco. Rather than trying to understand the situation or offer any solutions, he seemed unwilling to help from the start. It was frustrating to feel like our loyalty as long time customers meant nothing. To make sure the issue wasn't with the return itself, we took the exact same items to the Home Depot in Clovis. Their staff processed the return immediately without any problems, were courteous throughout the entire interaction, and reminded us why we've continued shopping at Home Depot over the years. That experience made it clear that the issue wasn't the return... it was the customer service at the River Park location. The way customers are treated matters just as much as the outcome. A little professionalism, respect, and willingness to help can make all the difference. Unfortunately, that's not what we experienced here. We'll continue supporting Home Depot because we've had excellent experiences at other locations, but we will be avoiding the River Park store moving forward. I hope management takes customer service more seriously at this location so other loyal customers don't have the same experience we did.
