Here is how a typical visit goes: 1) Walk in and get greeted almost immediately... then get asked if I need help finding anything. 2) Usually I think I know what I want, so I decline help and head to the section that has what I need. 3) Get lost for a while roaming all the other aisles, sooo many cool things to check out. 4) Sometimes realize I do have a question, head to the front where the question is answered quickly and professionally. 5) Purchase my items and leave, with a new list of items I need to get next time I can come in. In all my time purchasing from J&E I've only had a single partially negative experience... and that was due to something I ordered taking longer to get to them than expected. As soon as they got it, I got it... luckily just in time.
