As they requested, I contacted them via email with descriptions and pictures of the items I wanted to consign. I was told they would respond in a few days. So I waited over a week and called them. I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

The playground for my kids was excellent, allowing my wife and me to focus on selecting the right couch for our new house. The entire sales team was very helpful and friendly, assisting us in choosing the right couch and mattress for our daughter. The delivery team was in and out of our house very quickly and efficiently; they were on time and very professional. They were even passing out hydration which I thought was nice. I'm glad I dropped in.
