When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

I believe they can be cleaned much more but it's a public place can't have expectations too high. 2. It's usually quiet even when it gets busy. I don't feel rushed or like people are in my way. 3. I love that they do the reloadable card. I used to always have to change cash to quarters and I grew tired of that. 4. They offer wash and fold here but I haven't used that service . They also have vending machines with cleaning supplies . 5. I don't like the times on the machine they offer. Either it's way too much time or way too little time. 6. It has lots of washer and dryer availability and my favorite part about this laundromat is that it isn't a coin laundry. I always hate having extra quarters in possession after a laundromat visit. Like uses them? lol. Instead of coins, you load money to a card and pay for the washer and dryer that way. Wayyyyyyyy more convenient. I love that they have ample sitting as well and even allow you to connect to their Wi-Fi which was a win as I'd forgot to download my book to my Kindle device. Most of us have heavy things to unload so sometimes the parking in front is all taken and like today parking lot was flooded. Sometimes we park in the side for quick drop off or pick up but you block the road a bit. They have three vending machines with snacks/candy/drinks. They do offer dry cleaning as well but I've never used that service here. I would recommend coming either at night or early morning if you like to avoid so much people and noise.

I used a 6 load for blankets and towels, a 4 load for clothes, a 3 load for throw rugs, and a 2 load for velvet party outfits. That totals 15 loads! It was $21 for the washers. Dryers cost 45 cents for 7 minutes, which is really a good deal because I only spent $4.50 to dry everything, including heavy towels and rugs.
