Fast forward almost two years later, it has gotten worse. I'm very disappointed as we were very nice and accommodating with them and even provided food and beverages while it was hot outside. We got a few different quotes and they were all within the same price range but with the good reviews this team had I thought it was the best choice. WRONG! They also said they can come back and re pour an also to fix a couple other things and we followed up twice and they never showed up. One of the employees raised his voice at me several times when I questioned the quality of the completely obvious mistakes and lack of attention to detail. The reason for me choosing one star is because of the ridiculously expensive estimate that I received, I was quoted $1250 , and $1000 after discount if I pay cash to remove already half cut a medium size tree . I called another 3 companies just to make sure I will not over pay , they all quoted less than $500 , I end up doing the job for $250 including removing the routes with a special equipment that grind the roots 2 foot below the ground. The person that I hired is licensed bonded and insured , it's took them less than an hour to finish it. $1000 estimate it's a rip off and I'm warning everybody to shop around and get another two or three companies for the estimate . And for this company I wish good luck and actually I don't think they're going to stay too long in a business.
