Company's prices have drastically gone up while service has gone to hell. Owner admitted to not doing our taxes correctly for the last 3 years. In the same breath as saying I was paying more, because I was paying for his expertise. What? To professionally do my taxes wrong 4 years in a row? Our last use of their services resulted in a late tax filing, without an extension filed. Must have slipped his mind. It took them 2 months and repeated messages left, after the due date, to get our taxes prepared. It was not complicated. Resulting in an additional $853.00 tax Penalty. All because he couldn't get it done on time and didn't file an extension. The guy is phoning it in and charging people for the luxury. On our last visit he was clearly panicked, which made him aggressive and unprofessional. He knew he F'ed up and just threw a tantrum. Keep in mind we had never had a known issue with them before our last filing. So, there was no reason for him to turn on us like this. But then again, from the looks of his recent online reviews, we were not the only one having issues last year. NEVER AGAIN! This guy is a horrible Accountant and needs to retire. He is way too lazy and willing to put his clients at risk. Don't let this guy get you audited. He clearly doesn't care about any of his customers.

What's worse is the the new company name is "Mr. Cooper" - a debt collection agency. No, we were never late on a payment as they were being deducted automatically from our one AZ checking account. Shame on you, oneAZ for calling yourself a "small town banker". We would definitely not recommend this bank and are closing all of our accounts with them. I went into this bank with my elderly mom. We had prior business with one another, looking for a…read morehouse to buy.. My Mom was talking to one of the associates at this bank to transfer money from her account to my account. Don't let me not forget to mention that I have an account at this exact same bank. One of the associates pulled her aside into a completely separate room in the back and closed the door. My mom then had texted me saying that they are implementing that this is fraud and they are holding her in the back room for her safety and not giving her any access to her funds. They then, pulled me aside in the front room and would not let me know where my Mom is. I am concerned for her safety at this point. And she then starts texting me asking me and not knowing what is going on. I asked the associate upfront and they told me that this is a safety procedure to make sure that she is not being scammed. (Although they did not look into any other information prior to this), They did not ask the reason of the transaction yet or, ask if I have an account here as well. They just immediately asked her to come with them in a separate room in the back and closed the door. This has put a lot of stress on my mom and put a pause on us finding a house. not happy with discrimination here. My mom and I are both from Poland. I was 13 when I moved to America I have adjusted with my accent and now I sound American and I have tattoos all over my body up to my neck. I believe they were discriminating me based on how I look. As my mom still has an accent and no tattoos. I have an account at the same bank. I talked with the manager and said I will be revoking my account with this bank... The very next day my Mom gets a call to her personal cell phone number with (adult protective services) asking if she needs help and saying that they're going to stop by and inspect her household. This is all because my Mom tried to transfer money from her account to my account while we were there together, in search for another property. I would not be writing this if I thought I was in the least bit disrespectful. I've never felt so discriminated in my life I would not recommend going to this bank.
