What a cool concept--combining a florist with such an inventive local coffee shop! They had a huge selection of pastries that all looked delicious. After the owner described the velvet espresso cloud latte, there was no way I wasn't getting it. It features a unique blend of spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and cloves, plus your choice of lavender or rose, espresso, and a generous topping of real whipped cream. #winning The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a super flaky, crunchy croissant was also excellent. They offer a great selection of syrups too--I almost never see dark chocolate as an option, and it's one of my favorites! If you're looking for delicious bites and a super cool variety of coffee drinks, De Bloom Coffee in Trinity is absolutely worth checking out. read more

Such a cute shop. The girls working were so sweet explaining their drinks to us and answering our questions. She let us know the pastries were from France so we had to try one! They have very interesting coffee drinks but classics as well! I went for an iced lattes with mocha and strawberry. It was delicious. I would love to be more adventurous and the one of their more unique drinks. They are also part of a flower shop I believe. The bouquets were absolutely STUNNING! read more

First time in. The shop is beautiful and staff is very friendly. They had a lot of specialty drinks but mostly made with coconut water and espresso which I wasn't sure of. I ordered a latte and added coconut and caramel. It was delicious and didn't taste artificial or super sweet. Just right. I also got a pistachio eclair after the barista told me they were just shipped in from France. How cool. It was SO good! Overall I enjoyed this shop and would come back to try some other items. This is also a working flower shop and the bouquets are gorgeous. They are looking to expand to the patio and maybe even obtain a wine license. While at a friend's place, we all craved a hot cup of coffee after breakfast. After searching nearby, we found De Coffee Bloom, which had great reviews, so we decided to check it out. The coffee shop had a positive, inviting atmosphere, beautifully decorated with vibrant colors that made it feel warm and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was that De Coffee Bloom is inside a flower shop, adding a unique touch. We loved the seating options at the back, including a patio area, where we enjoyed our coffee and quick bites. We ordered a variety of drinks, including: Mocha,Latte,Breve,Strawberry Peach Tea,Beignets. The highlight of our order was Breve coffee which everyone loved and it was freshly made with coffee and incredibly smooth. The service was excellent, and the best part was that the ladies in our group received personalized flowers attached to their coffee, which was such a thoughtful detail! The cutest little coffee/flower shop in the Trinity area! From the outside you'd initially suspect it's just a flower shop, but read the signage more closely and you'll see it's also a coffee shop - step inside and you'll find the cutest little cafe/floral shop. The decor is lovely, I'm a sucker for flowers, so that's what initially drew me in. There are some delicious looking pastries at the counter, along with some really great coffee options. I ordered the iced caramel latte - fantastic. My husband ordered the vanilla latte, and he's a bit more picky about his coffee, and he also loved it. It was nicely flavored without being overly sweet. The service was great, friendly and fast! Also my favorite little touch is the flower they tape to the coffee they serve you - it's just so pretty and thoughtful, flowers have a way of being uplifting and I really like that. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! This is a very uniques coffee shop and florist! The owner AJ went above and beyond for me by helping me pick a unique iced latte. He made a vanilla pistachio latte and warmed my croissant. There is plenty of seating including a couch and comfy green chairs. Plus in the back of the shop there's a private seating area you can reserve for a little party or get together. I will be frequenting this coffee shop and may have AJ arrange me a nice bouquet of flowers for Spring. read more

Great little coffee spot tucked inside of a Florist! The owners of this place are so friendly and accommodating, they took the time to go over some coffee menu flavors with me and made suggestions. I ended up getting an iced banana oat milk latte and it was very good!! I am a big coffee drinker and love checking out small business coffee shops like this. Inside was very clean and trendy. Make sure you head to the back of the shop for more seating (quieter and a nice spot for working or reading) and some cute Instagram-worthy photo spots. They do offer a variety of syrups to flavor your coffee with and also matcha and teas. They have a dessert display case with French pastries -- we tried the chocolate stuffed beignets and they were very good! read more

We chose this coffee shop in Trinity for our Tuesday coffee, klatch and were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the coffee delicious, and my Parisian eclair was beyond yummy. The four of us enjoyed the Parisian vibe, right down to the music. It was worth the half hour drive from home, and I will definitely return. read more

Very pretty coffee shop! It's very bright inside filled with fresh floral and coffee smell; two things that literally cannot go wrong together. I ordered an ice matcha latte with pistachios and iced latte with french vanilla swirl. The espresso was great however the pistachio was on the mintier side rather than nutty that I prefer. While I do appreciate the cute flower that was attached to our drink, my only complaint was that the wait time was 25 minutes to receive the drinks after ordering. But I will be back to try more items! read more

Went today for the first time. Prices are definitely a little higher than some other places. Tried a few of the desserts and I really enjoyed them. My daughter got an iced matcha with lavender and it was delicious. I got a hot banana latte. I couldn't really taste any banana flavor- maybe banana wasn't strong enough to add to coffee?
