After I posted this and called Dunkin doughnuts the owner Of this store called me to apologize he…read morewas very friendly and said he would fix the problem I really appreciated the call I am calling health department tried to contact Dunkin' Donuts to discuss issue but can't get through you have to wait till 11 PM and then there's over a 20 minute wait if you're lucky so it's February 20 2019 I was there at 10 AM the guy behind the counter was cleaning with a dirty rag around equipment had to wait till he was finished I explain to him my wife is in the hospital receiving blood and can't afford to get sick so I asked him if you could please wash his hands to my surprise he totally refused he didn't wear gloves or wash his hands it might've just been at the register but I don't not want transference of germs onto anything I had to leave store and go somewhere else maybe this guy needs some better training or somethings should be taken care of about this maybe Dunkin' Donuts should take the franchise away from the owner PS if anyone does get sick from being there let me know and I'll go to court for you still trying to get a hold of health department and complaint line at Dunkin' Donuts still can't believe he refused to wash his hands and actually told me know I wish I could give a zero as a rating or actually for places like this maybe they should have a minus rating After I posted this and called Dunkin doughnuts the owner of this store called me to apologize he was very friendly and said he would fix the problem I really appreciated the call

This used to be one of the good ones, something changed recently and I feel like every time I see…read morethe younger heavy set girl I'm screwed. When the girl with a darker pigmentation who looks almost Indian works/worked the window, I knew it's on point and going to be a good day; and she is always friendly. Yesterday my egg was missing from my sandwich and today the coffee was missing from my frozen coffee or they used hot coffee on the ice to make it because it tasted worse than plain watered down milk. Dunkins convenient off little are no-go for me now.
