It seems chad Is more of a follower and bullied by This man than anything. To my a pleasant surprise, not only was Mr. Valdez Incredibly narcissistic but just seems to be plain out of his mind when It comes to hiring employees , highly recommend that anyone who applies only accepts a job offered by Mr. Valdez as there is a chance that no matter your professionalism or cadet w his partner, the tyrant seems to set the standard. And Thss is not a high one, you just have to want to go the extra the mile without any money to do it. If I could leave 0 stars I would, however the state of your service and the attitude of your 'owner' is appalling and frankly I don't think a man like that should even be allowed around kids. And you won't be for long. I will continue to monitor your reviews until I can call for a formal review of your business and will continue to because of how abrasive and arrogant Mr. Valdez was upon meeting a stranger. I can't say enough about this Preschool. Their focus is 100% for the kids. The kids kept asking him to play. Even the kids that were 2 and 3 years older. Even now the older kids always say good bye to him when we leave.
