My baby has been attending Ready Set Grow since he was 2 months old. When he is at day care I know he is in good hands. All of the staff is very kind and nurturing! My girl started attending ready set grow in March. At first, everything was good and staff communicated with me very well. The staff was very friendly in the beginning. A couple months down the line, Miss Norma's attitude changed, and she started being very rude and unwelcoming. Her and other staff would laugh at parents and their children as they walk through the door. I have seen the teachers grab the children by the arm, yell at them, and put them in the chair for being bad. I have heard Miss Kyra yelling at the children through the door when I go to pick up my kids. These children always have a big red puffy eyes from crying all day. Last week I went to pick my daughter up from school and the daycare had lost her sheets and blankets for nap time. They fell to tell me that they lost them. Therefore, my daughter was put down to nap without a sheet and blanket for at least two weeks. Everything seems nice and sweet when you first go in, but then as you keep taking your children, you start to see how horrible this place really is. This was once a hidden gem of a children's school. Now, they are Glorified nannies. If a parent asks for them to provide video surveillance of the child from accusations, there will be none provided. This is due to the fact that the camera security system is constantly out of order. This is obviously done intentionally to protect the lies about the children. The review board and compliance need to constantly watch this school due to the fact that their qualified teachers are only suppose to have 12 children to each teacher. The owner is constantly having a staff issue which puts your child in an unsafe facility because many times there are more children there than there are staff to watch these kids appropriately. Naturally, to solve the problem, the owner would have to limit the number of children to the facility. Obviously, he won't because that would affect how many government contracts he gets. It's all about the money. I suggest that every parent to do a pop-up visit. An unannounced visit to check the validity of this statement. It's the only way you will truly know what's going on. This is how I found out what is currently going on. On top of all of this, staff continue to lose children's belongings despite initials or full names written on these belongings. I personally have lost hundreds due to lost belongings. Don't enroll your children in this unsafe and unruly facility. read more

This used to be a decent school but it has gotten consistently worse over the past several months. Most of the teachers there lack the natural care and emotional concern that goes along with taking care of children. They prefer to socialize and blame every problem that arises on the children and their parents. There is no real structure for the school and I have often witnessed children misbehaving with no proper guidance. The owner is verbally abusive to staff and parents, and if agitated he will make racist remarks against any race that is not his own. Most of the good teachers that used to be at the school have left because of the owner's insensitive nature and lack of responsibility. The owner admits that there are many issues with the teachers but if you have any complaints about one of his favorites, he will argue otherwise. On top of all of this, teachers and staff frequently lose children's belongings and clothes despite their initials being marked on everything. I love this daycare I've had my son enrolled for about a year now and they always greet him so happily. They given me incident reports if he gets hurt or hurts himself (he's about 2). Occasionally I ask them to text me pictures of my boy and Ms Angie sends them! I love all the teachers here. Wow. So after having my son here for almost two months, I decided to stop taking him due to random marks and scratches appearing on him with no explanation of how other than "kids will be kids" as well as my son crying and screaming to not take him. So after a week and a half of my son not going, they never even did a welfare call to see where he was or why he was not there, I went in to pick up his personals and hopefully find out what was really going on. Instead I am greeted with unsupervised children and baby shower decor. I continue all the way to the back where my child's class has been, a teacher asks me who I am there for and knowing one of the children's name say I am here for her... And she was ready to give another person's child to me!!! She had no clue who I was or who her parents were cause she would know it wasn't me !!!! I was so shocked I immediately grabbed my child's belongings and left. (Without the other child of course) **This was also after I ran into paper stuffed in the front door lock (picture below) Parents, I beg you to rethink leaving your babies here...this "establishment" has NUMEROUS complaints for bug and unsupervised incidents. read more

They don't even deserve a star.....This place don't know how to work with kids!!! All they want is your money and want to send your child home. Please tell me what 2/3 don't like to share toys or listen??? Every week I was getting called to pick my son up because he hit "Jonny" or he ran from the teacher. They accused my son for having to many write ups, but the write ups were really petty things.Please if your profession is being a preschool teacher learn how to deal with kids first off. Second there's a reason why he's in school because I have to work!!!! So learn how to deal with different problems and not call the parents when there trying to work! The employee are not great with kids and need more work. The administration is only after money and DONT do refunds but wanna tell you that your kid can't come back in the middle of the week. When you already paid for the week. If you want your kids to play all day and not learn this is the place to go! But be prepared to get 20,000 phone calls while your trying to work a 9-5!!!! This place is trashhhhhh and no I'm not on the county I pay outta my pocket and they treat you like trash still!!! read more
