I. Had taken my 10 pound multipo dog in to be groomed. The price they gave me was $35 called me later on that day and said that they would have to shave her down. She was too naded. I said that was fine.I go to pick her up.The total price was $85.Her nails were not clipped. I had Ask the lady why the difference in price? She said that my little dog tried to bite her Therefore, she was unable to comb her out.She needed to be shaved down . My little girl has been going to a groomer.Ever since she has been six weeks old she is now 2. When I brought her home, she was traumatized.Unable to eat for 2 days.I can't tell you how bad I feel.Or imagine what she went through. read more

This was our second time bringing in our mini Aussies and I absolutely love how their cuts came out this time. They look like little teddy bears so soft and cuddly. Before, they just got a deshedding and a trim but this time they got a puppy cut and we couldn't be more happier. They look like completely new dogs and so much cuter! Looking forward to having less dog shed in the house! This place is also very affordable. The first time we paid $100 for both dogs. Most places including mobile dog groomers charge $100 per dog. This time we paid $150 for both dogs and it was well worth it! Highly recommend this place because the owner/groomer has over 30 years experience and she knows what she's doing when it comes to Aussies cut as she has an Aussie of her own. Our sweet labradoodle had been groomed 4 times previously by a groomer. We were just looking for a place closer to our home. When I dropped him off, we knew he had matting in his chest and legs so they said they would shave his chest and legs. But his back and face would be ok. We even showed her pictures of him after his last grooming. When picking him up we were told he "needs obedience" and didn't even recognize him. He has been timid and skittish since having him home. Our poor pup is 10 months old. Will not be returning. Would have appreciated a phone call if he was having trouble or they needed to shave him entirely instead of the service we expected. read more

We've been bringing our dogs here for a year and have never had any issues until today. A 6 lbs Yorkie and a 14 lbs toy Australian shepherd. They were both left in a crate for most of five and half hours, with no water or pee breaks. The Australian shepherd did not get groomed in the end because they said he bites. He doesn't bite, he's never bitten before, he doesn't even bark! They have never had an issue with him before. I don't understand. They could've called so I could come and pick him up instead of leaving him in the crate for all that time. He was traumatized, I had to get him out the crate myself and he was terrified. On the other hand, my 6lbs Yorkie was not even ready after 5 and a half hours! And for all this, a yorkie grooming and a bath I paid almost 120$! Completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I'm disappointed beyond words and will not be taking them here again. Trying to make everyone aware is all. Terrible service and should not even be in business. I'm being forced to give them at least one star but they don't deserve even that. read more

During my time living in this the area I have been bringing my dog here since we moved which was 4 years ago. In recent light of new management and new employees the costumer service has been ridiculously rude, and unprofessional. The staff not only treats the customers like lower leveled people, but treats the dogs in an unkind manner. When walking into the shop you are stormed with employees screaming at the dogs, and forcefully putting them into the crates in the back. Sure the occasional "puppy talk" can be heard but that is only when customers are present. I am very annoyed with this establishment and recommend people to not come here. read more

So I had to wait a little bit before I wrote my review b/c I didn't want to write a review right when I picked my dog up from being groomed today b/c I was LIVID. I brought my dog in this morning to be groomed, let me preface my review with the first time I brought her there they were awesome. I was warned by my neighbors that used them prior that they increase the price each time you bring your pet to be groomed so beware...I like to make my own opinions/choices by experience. I should have listened. She is a 7 month old Goldendoodle. The first grooming was perfect. Cost $67.00. Manageable. Today I dropped her off and asked if they could pls trim a little extra around her chin. ONLY thing I asked to be different. I went to pick her up and when they brought her out from the back I had NO IDEA that she was my dog. They completely shaved her. NOT what was done last time and NOT what I asked to be done. Then they cash me out , I'm still in shock and the cost was now $77 . I ask why there was an increase b/c it was $67 last time. I was told b/c she is a Goldendoodle they have to groom her differently and she's a medium dog. This is the exact same dog I brought in last time. Same weight and height. When I said something about how shaved she was and that wasn't what was done last time I was told that she read off her notes and that's what they did last time. Oh really ??? NO , not it's not. Not even close. Although they are pleasant they have lived up to the negative comments and warnings made by my neighbors and I will NEVER NEVER bring her there again and I would not recommend them now that I have experienced what my neighbors have, I have formed my own opinion. I should also say that when I dropped her off , she was not in the book b/c as I was leaving I heard the groomer ask her mother if she told Daisy's mother to bring her in this morning... so I am going to assume they didn't have her scheduled and didn't really have the time to do an actual professional grooming and what I picked up was the result of that.
