We had 2 pedicures at exactly the same time. My husbands was a perfect service by Vicky! My tech Ivy however used the drill filer for far too long on my natural nail and broke off half of my nail. While still bleeding she mentions she doesn't recommend no chip now since @she broke my nail. Continued to try and put my bleeding toe into a heated paraffin bag. Literally your license should be revoked. I'm still in shock I paid for losing half a toe. (Tip was cash) , quick still bleeds after walking or showering. came in for a gel pedicure and a builder gel set on my nails. The pedicure was perfect, and the technician who did it was incredibly sweet--no complaints there. Unfortunately, the issue was with my builder gel manicure. The entire appointment took about 3 hours, yet the builder gel still felt rushed. Three days later, the gel polish on my thumb completely lifted off the builder gel. I returned and the technician who helped me explained that the original nail tech never fully cured the builder gel before applying polish. She fixed the thumb and I left happy--until I noticed while running errands that the same problem was happening on 8 of my nails. I went back again and spoke with the same helpful employee. She had the original nail tech redo my nails. This time, the service was extremely rushed. She walked away before the set was even fully finished, told me to "wash your hands when it's done, sorry," and immediately started on another client. I checked my nails, they looked okay at the moment, so I left. Three days later, the same issue happened again. I've now spent 4.5 hours total and $200, and my nails didn't even last a full week--despite being told they would last at least three weeks. I'll also be out of state for five weeks, so I can't even go back for yet another fix. This was my first and last time at this salon. Due to the lack of care, rushed work, and repeated mistakes, it is not worth my time or money. Extremely disappointing. read more

Myself, my mom and my sister went in for pedicures, we called 30 min ahead and right when we got there we were seated. Service was impressive, BTony constantly asking if we need anything. They offer snacks, water, pop and margaritas as you are getting your nail services. These technicians actually take their time and do full time of massages they have listed under each pedicure. I had Tracy and she was amazing. I was sad when Tony said she had an appointment come in, so he finished up my pedicure by doing the painting of the nails. I will definitely be back! read more

I've been a loyal customer at DeLegend Nails for quite some time and have always appreciated the relaxing environment -- especially being offered a beverage while getting services done. However, their time management is a major issue that continues to go unaddressed. You can book an appointment and still end up waiting nearly an hour because the technician you requested is assisting someone else. This issue has happened at both their Mokena and Tinley Park locations. After experiencing this a few times, my visit on October 17, 2025 was the last straw. I had a 5:00 p.m. appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I arrived on time, chose my color, and patiently waited while several customers who arrived after me were seated right away. I waited over 30 minutes with no communication from staff, even as I watched my technician still working on another client. The owner, Kelly, did not acknowledge me or the delay -- even though we've discussed this issue before. I eventually went to the front desk to cancel my appointment, and no one asked why or attempted to make things right. It's disappointing to spend your hard-earned money at a business that doesn't value your time or loyalty. On top of that, I had a trip planned for October 19, and had to scramble to find another salon. For the prices they charge, you would expect a much higher level of professionalism and respect for their customers. I haven't heard back from Kelly or anyone from the salon since, which says a lot about their customer service. read more

Today I went in for a fill in and a possible pedicure if I had time. Henry started on my fill in immediately and didn't rush me to pick a color, which I loved. He was fast and gave me a very neat, clean fill in job. Then because he finished so quickly, I had time for a pedicure. There was no issue with me adding on the pedicure last minute & Hannah took great care of me.
