Originally liked this place, but my experience yesterday will make me find a new place. The man who did my nails, the only male employee there who is not the owner, was aggressive doing my nails and was telling me with each finger to "relax my hand" even though I was doing nothing different than usual. It was an unenjoyable experience and he rolled his eyes several times doing my nails, like I was a bother even being there and giving them business. I also noticed a female employee going to the towel warmer to grab two towels for someone's pedicure, and she dropped one on the floor of the main aisle customers walk down:. She picked it up and looked around the room to see if anyone noticed she dropped it: I made eye contact with her and she continued to walk back to the customer and use the towel. I feel bad not speaking up for that customer. Just really not an enjoyable place anymore. read more

I went for an acrylic fill in. Was told I need a new set. As he is taking off my old set he is using a nail to pull off the old one and ripped the skin off my thumb. He did apologize when he saw it bleeding and I asked to wash my hands and he said no I will put the antiseptic on it. He never did even after I reminded him and just glued the new tip on it. Then at the end I was charged an extra $5 for "removal". I asked him about it since this was not mentioned before and he said yeah I gave you a discount, it's usually $15. He also guaranteed these would last at least 3 weeks and already cracked. Unfortunately this place is overpriced especially for the results. read more

Felt like a Queen! I walked in at 630...they took me and gave me royal treatment! I had 3 technicians providing my service. Two people on my hands and one person on my pedi. Great execution! I had the tropical pedi and it was amazing! I did the dip powder on my nails and it was a good service. Although the spa was closing in an hour, my service was completed fast & efficient! I hate to be *that* person, but I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I came to this place for the first time in probably 3 or 4 years. My mom visited over the summer and was surprised to see ownership changed and the place really, really cleaned up - I'll give this place that. Impressive revamp, comfortable, bright and fun music on the radio. That's all it has going for it. My hopes were high, as my mom seemed to have an okay experience, although she only ever gets pedicures and I've been getting gel fills for almost 2 years straight. The only reason I gave this place a chance is because my usual place is always so unreasonably busy and it's about a 15 minute drive from my house. I thought, let me try the place that's less than 5 minutes from me. Can't be that bad, right? Wrong. As previously stated, ambiance is very cool. I was impressed by the changes. I went in for a pedicure and gel fill. Pedicure was fine. Mediocre. I don't ever ask for much with one and really only get them every other month. I got the most basic one and still, it was just that - very basic. And somehow, the color showed up different on my nails than what it was supposed to. But okay, fine. It's December, no one is really seeing my feet anyways. The thing that bothered me the most about the pedicure was the fact that the woman who did it started blowing on my toes to get them to dry...? Have we learned nothing since Covid happened? I thought it especially strange considering they knew I was staying for a gel fill...I'll be there at least another 45 minutes, it'll air dry! Then the gel fill came. My nails were in decent shape, even after having the previous gel on for 3-4 weeks. Nothing had chipped, nothing was coming off, (again, why did I leave my old nail place again?) I thought this would be pretty easy. Everything seemed pretty standard, although odd that they didn't ask if I wanted my nails shortened a bit. Fine, no worries. The trouble began when paying. $90 for a basic pedi and fill. $90?! $30 for a pedicure (or so I thought) and it should have been $45 for a gel fill, according to the menu. Okay, fine, I let it slide but it really bothered me as I went home. Fast forward to 4 days later and my middle nail completely cracked off and injured my nail bed when I was (I kid you not) pulling blankets up in my bed. I was so frustrated. This never happened to me anywhere before. I ended up going back at the end of the week to get it repaired. I had explained to the same guy who did my nails the first time what happened and he totally remembered doing my nails just days before. And guess what...they still had the gall to charge $7 for a repair. It was a week later that I came in and you're going to charge me $7? My other place charged NOTHING for a repair. I had asked the manager about why they charge for a repair AND why I got charged so much for a fill and he gave me some run around about having longer nails (which they didn't ask if I wanted trimmed, but I now assume they would've charged for that too) and the shape of my nail. They're almond shaped. Always have been and I came in with that shape...they hardly had to do ANYTHING to shape them that way again. I paid, again, and left. Told myself I would not be back. The very next day, my thumb nail broke off from me doing nothing and it had started cracking right in the middle a day or two prior. As of today, my ring finger nail cracked by the tip when I put my hand in my pants pocket and I went and trimmed it off so it wasn't jagged anymore and now it looks out of place because it's round and much shorter than the rest. Needless to say, the nails I wanted to look nice for Christmas will not look nice for Christmas and I will happily drive 15 minutes and wait 45 minutes to get my nails done at my old place again very soon. I also now know why this place never had anyone but employees inside. What a colossal waste of money. read more

Went here for the first time today for my birthday & I absolutely loved it! Quick & barely any wait. Clean and organized atmosphere. I got Tina, & she did an AMAZING job on my pedicure from the paint job, to the massage, to the the cleaning, it was immaculate. Not only was she the first nail tech to get the hang nails without me even having to ask like I'd have to usually ask at previous salons, but she did it the CORRECT way. To top it off, she did the nail design I asked for exactly how I wanted it. Just a good experience all together. They also had lollipops for the littles that come in with mama too, so my daughter was happy as well. Will definitely be coming back monthly read more

I was really just going to cut my losses and not go back to this place after today but I looked down at my nails just now and saw this. I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable. I got my nails done at 1:30pm, at the time of this review it's 5:42pm. Not 5 hours later 4 nails are showing cracking. My nails aren't broke, the dip powder is just crap. The same girl did my nails 2 weeks ago and did a terrible job then too. She did 4 layers and it was so caked on that several nails completely broke. When I went back this time my luck would have it that she was the only one available again, go figure. So I told her only do 3 layers and I needed two tips where the nails broke down. She refused to give me tips without cutting down my nails more which defeats the entire purpose of having natural long nails with dip. So I conceded because I could tell she wasn't going to make this easy and then my one nail she filed so short she could have just put the tip on. Now this... Cracking in 4 hours. I'm so done with this place. It sucks because they used to be really good before the new year. Complete Waste of $60. read more

Kind employees, horrible management. Only 3 employees were in during a week day and available to do nails. I got a pedicure and enjoyed the friendly service. However, I waited over an hour for the service and I couldn't help but to feel bad for the employees who were clearly short staffed. I paid for my pedicure and my sisters pedicure. My sister also asked for a manicure, but since the employees were drowning with clients, we decided to just pay and leave. Yes, I left a tip, but not because the service was quick; it was a sympathy tip for the 3 workers when it it clear that there should be more employees there during the weekday. They had a novice work on her last time and she did a very poor job on her nails and when my wife went back to get them fixed, the owner, who is mean spirited and a male chauvinist, constantly boasting he owns the women who work for him, charged my wife full price to redo her nails. I got my nails by Tina a week ago and she did an excellent job. I was planning making this my new nail salon until I came back today for a pedicure. I was quoted a price of $50 for a no chip the day I got my nails done. I come less than a week later, when I went to pay the price was $55. When I mentioned what was quoted to me they said the prices went up. I don't have a problem paying for good service, but there are no prices posted anywhere and everyone seems to be quoted something different. Don't come to this nail salon unless you like ambiguous charges. They up charged for long nails on a full set but cut down the tip. Nails were not even considered long to be charged an additional 10$ fee which they don't tell you about up front. Left a review on google and Facebook and the manager responded with a terrible attitude, which proves how unprofessional they conduct business. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! Where should I start.... I made an appointment on Friday afternoon for a soak off and no chip for Sunday. I came in 10mins before my time and saw everyone being serviced before me which I didn't mind because I wasn't waiting long. After being told to sit in the second chair I was asked was I getting a fill in. I responded by saying that I need a new set. He said that all I need was a fill in and cut down. I said okay but no cut down. He kept telling me that I need a cut down. I said no very politely. He got an attitude and started working on the lady nails in the first chair. Afterwards, he told me I had to wait a little while longer. when got me again he said a fill in and no cut down. Then asked if I called yesterday making an appointment for a fill in and pedicure. I said no I didn't call about a pedicure and I didnt call yesterday. He didn't respond. He saying negative things about how ugly looking my nails are and how I needed to soak them off. I said I wanted to soak them off but you refused that service. He replied because I want too soak them off and cut your real nails down. At this point I wanted to refuse to pay because of his attitude and the fact that I'm the customer and paying for I want done. And the things he was saying to me was disrespectful. Finally after shaping my nails he began criticizing me again and questioned why I chose the color green instead of pink and started disrespecting me again and said he was done with me.
