Rafi did an excellent job. We really like his laid back attitude, and attention to detail. I ordered a few smart locks to replace our current locks, he got them installed with no trouble. He also replaced the door handles, and used his tools to shave inside the latch hole (edge bore?) so that the new locks worked perfectly smooth. He responds quickly, communicates well by email and phone, and is on-time for appointments. I have had no problems with the results of his work. I found his pricing fair. Rafi has also given me good advice, such as his tip for living in a gated condo: never use the bottom lock, only the deadbolt.
