He also helped me with an additional job I asked him to do after he arrived for my front door because the lock was not closing correctly. He was hesitant to work on 40 year old door mechanism, thinking it would be better to replace everything, but still tried to just rekey it and did not push for further service. Rafi has also given me good advice, such as his tip for living in a gated condo: never use the bottom lock, only the deadbolt.
