Rolling around on Fort Bliss looking for something different to eat, De Nile Food truck is a very good option for mid-day authentic Mediterranean food. The choice of Gyro over the Jasmine rice was spot on. I have been to the Mediterranean in the past and the Baklava Taste just as I remembered. They even had Falafel (yummy yum yum)light and fluffy with sauce ready to go. A touch of hummus and life is great. Going back next week for the Chicken Shawarma. Loved it. Thanks guys LY

The gyro is so soft and tender. Fries have a light unique seasoning. Menu is not too elaborate just some simple good options.

It's hard not to order the whole menu because everything is so good! Pleasantly surprised. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu even the sides are delish. Must try the Gyro, Kofta Kabob and the Tabouli salad is to die for.

Located off one of the main streets; in a shopping complex sits Orange Cow Burgers which originally started out as a Food Truck. Now, there's approximately three locations in the surrounding areas. Menu is pretty straight forward and simple. Orders are as follows: a single, double, triple and protein cow. It's fresh ingredients, all-beef patties that are cooked to medium. The best part is they have a secret speciality sauce called moolicious! We got two single patties along with two orders of fries and a pup patty (single plain patty) for the dogs. All to go. Prices are extremely reasonable in today's market. Taste was as if you made it right at your own La Casa. Only complaint was not having "enough" of that sauce to really have it stand out beyond home cooked. That said, you can also get their "loaded fries" which includes this specific sauce as well. We opted for "extra crispy" plain fries and they were really good. Service was fair enough as far as the wait ( 2 parties a head of us) and friendly staff. Great little spot if you happen through El Paso Texas or if you're local, hit them up for your own burger experience & request extra mooliscious spread of course!

Omg why didn't you guys tell me about this deliciousness called an Alambre taco? We never knew it…read moreexisted and I have a happy hubby tonight! I went to the food truck rally off 1071 Country Club they're open from 4-midnight. My normal bbq trucks weren't there so I thought to try something new and the one with the longest line was Placeres Culposos. I asked them what their specialties were and they said birria quesadillas and the Alambre tacos. I ordered one birria taco to try since I was running errands and I tried it in the car. The Alambre would keep better so I ordered that for hubby. Especially since the description of the ingredients are his favorites: bacon, ham, steak, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese. It tasted like an elevated.Philly cheese steak in taco form! I also saw them making some beef flautas and should've ordered it since it was a good deal $6 for 5. They also have drinks, I asked and they explained what they were, and I got the melon and de la Rosa (peanut?) ones. Cold and not too sweet, I liked them more than my diet would like , I'll have to try the Horchata next time. They're a sweet nice couple turning out some really good food...check them and the other food trucks out. I'm glad I tried something new tonight, and made hubby happy.

I ordered the quesabirria tacos for myself. They were super delicious! They had plenty of meat and melted Muenster cheese in them. I LOVE MUENSTER CHEESE! It's the absolute best! It's one of my favorite things in this life! Anyway...The tacos were crispy and crunchy...just the way I like them. The consume (taco dip) was also really tasty and flavorful. You get 4 birria tacos for $10. I believe they used beef rather than goat or lamb meat. The salsas were spicy and excellent tasting as well. I'd recommend being patient with them because the tacos are made to order. I waited around 15 to 20 minutes. It was totally worth it! Sorry no pics, I ate the tacos way too fast! Lol. I saved one for Chico (my dog) and he devoured it within seconds. I also hear that the alambre (steak with melted cheese, bell peppers, onions) are also very good. They offer a variety of other tacos. So far I've only tried the birria and I was really impressed with them. I also bought a limonada agua fresca. It was perfect as well. They serve it in a large Mason jar and it's $5. The limonada wasn't too sweet or sour, it was just right. I really like the jar it's served in. I can use it for something else at home. The service was also good. I will be back for more quesabirria tacos and lemonade soon.

Great spot for Thai food! I met my boyfriend here for lunch today and really enjoyed it…read more I ordered the shrimp pad thai (medium) and was immediately surprised by how much we both liked it. The sweet & spicy flavor from the sauce was very well-incorporated into the noodles, and there were a good amount of shrimp included. The only thing I would change would be for the overall flavor of the dish to be a bit stronger. I feel like chili powder or oil would go really well with this one. Also, I really like when places include extra vegetables on top. I plan to be back here in the future to satisfy my pad thai craving! I would also really like to see what else is on their menu & try the fried rice.

I called them up to order per their instructions on their post and promptly got lost thinking that they were where all the food trucks congregated but they were past the traffic circle near a random ditch. Not sure why since the country club location was well lit and poppin'. They texted me when my order was ready and told me they were closing soon but were kind enough to wait for me. The chicken pad thai was $10.50 with tax, CASH only. I must say my expectations were low but this plate blew me away. I wasn't worried that it wasn't as fresh since I was 20 mins late picking up, as this dish gets better with time to mix and soak all the sauce. The past few pad thai dishes I've had were made at home and the sauce from a bottle since I really didn't want to do the whole rigamarole of soaking tamarinds to make it as authentic as possible. The bottled sauces are wayyy too sugary and so the dish leans sweet. This plate is not sweet, but the flavors of this dish are centered around a sweet-savory fusion. Salty, nutty, slightly sweet tamarind sauce, the thin rice noodles soaked up the sauce and mixed with cubed chicken, green onions, egg, bean sprouts, and roasted ground peanuts and served with a lime wedge. It's definitely not as funky or fermented as the ones I had in Thailand, but it can stand on it's own where I worked in L.A.'s Thai town. I'm a huge fan and I can see myself already hunting down this truck in the future. They have a limited menu and I look forward to trying out the rest of the food. I let hubby have a bite and he was like wow this is really good...then I shut him down by saying he should go get himself some next time. I got the Birria fries and the BBQ pulled pork. W-O-W. Both were excellent but the BBQ pulled pork with cheese was phenomenal. One of the best loaded fries I've had in my life. The fries were perfectly cooked, not greasy and they didn't use old oil because I can't taste anything else other than the fries. On top of those fries was a layer of melted Velveeta-like cheese then another layer of fries, then the pulled pork and bbq sauce and on top of that they ask if you want pickles and onions. I just went with onions. It was so good, each layer I discovered more and more textures and co-mingled flavors. Sweet (bbq sauce), savory (salt and pork), buttery and creamy (cheese), rich (pork), acidic (onions)...it was a dynamite combo. The cone was genius to carry around the food and walk and eat, it's definitely fair like food and the kids loved the plain fries and the ability to handle it themselves. I want to come back and try out all the different combinations. #supportlocal
