Having not gone to a dentist for over 6 years (long enough to slightly numb the terror caused by my sadistic former dental professional) I walked into a panic attack. I was treated as a human with a past that came from previous negative experiences that need not be duplicated. I was consoled as a human with an emotion that could be assisted and worked through in the best interest of my overall health, and not like a crazy, hyper-ventilating lady who neglected her teeth so unwisely. I was informed, not humiliated or intimidated. I was empowered, not scared or pained. I smile bigger and more often now because of the confidence I didn't realize I was lacking because of my choice to neglect my mouth. After a consultation, cleaning and multiple fillings, I've gotta admit I am excited for my next routine cleaning. The people here are more aware than I can comprehend. Every one of them. I can honestly say I will never fear opening my mouth for a metal object or power tool again at Echo Ridge. Thank you to all of the incredible staff for helping remove such a terrible fear trigger. My experience as a new patient was very positive. As a new patient I was able to schedule an appointment within one month of calling, which is awesome because my work schedule is very inconsistent. All staff were friendly and offered exceptional customer service. My hygeniest, Kristina, did a wonderful job explaining what and why she was doing different steps and also did a fantastic job with the cleaning. I was very impressed with Dr. Scott. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a very comforting manor. I appreciated that he sat and took the time to discuss my future care plan and didn't rush. In the past at other offices the doctor would come in and out so quickly you felt hurried and that was not the case with Dr. Scott. The receptionist at the end of my visit did a great job explaining the billing and insurance breakdown. My mother, sister, and brother-in-law have all been patients at Echo Ridge and been pleased with their care. DO NOT GET SCAMMED! I've been treated by this office over several years for different procedures and have always been pleased. We just paid them almost $10,000 in 2025 for dental work. My husband called to make a cleaning appointment for me this month and THEY FAILED TO MENTION THEY NO LONGER TAKE INSURANCE until AFTER my cleaning was done! I had to pay $189.00 for my cleaning that insurance would have paid for 100 %. The receptionist was RUDE, COLD, wore the perfect resting b face, wouldn't look me in the eyes and just said "we sent emails and letters to everyone letting them know." How about mentioning it WHEN MY HUSBAND SPOKE TO YOU ON THE PHONE 2 weeks ago? Completely unacceptable behavior and I feel like I was scammed. read more

I have been a patient at Echo Ridge for at over 25 years. When I first went, I was a teary mess of fear. I would grip my hands so tight that I could barely use them when I was done. When my insurance provider changed I was forced to find a new dentist after years of going to the same place. After searching the approved list I went with Echo Ridge and have been very happy there. It is a busy office, but they have been flexible with my schedule and courteous of my time when I get there. Recently, I had an appointment scheduled and something came up that prevented me from making it the day of the appointment, not only did the receptionist cancel my appointment but found me a new time the next day! Very professional in there work, compassionate about how you feel, especially in the pain section, they ask a lot of questions because they care, very upscaled clinic, staff also have great compassion. I am so happy with my experiences at Echo Ridge Dental. I have been to many dental organizations over the years (they are all expensive by the way). Echo Ridge Dental groups actually was Not the most expensive. Also - they gave me dental plan choices that were focused on efficient ways to budget my dental expenses. They also accept my supplement Aflac insurance (which I attained on my own outside of my job). I think Dr. Ray and his team are awesome! Echo Ridge is a great place to have dental work done. Everyone is so friendly and I have never experienced any pain. I have had a couple implants done, which I was terrified of, and it went so smoothly. Dr. Schneider makes sure you are frozen really well and I felt absolutely NO PAIN! Dr Acott is amazing! He has completed a lot of work on my teeth following a horrible root canal experience at a different dentist. I had been very nervous to have work done since my bad experience.
