Claude is a super nice guy who helped us out when we were in a jam. I got a new gas stove delivered by Home Depot on a Friday. However, the third party delivery service used by Home Depot refused to install the anti tip bracket and didn't hook up the stove at all, much to my wife's dismay. I checked around with numerous handymen on Yelp to no avail. Claude was the only one who could come out relatively quickly. Claude came out to hook up the stove to the gas line on Monday. He then came back later to install the anti tip bracket. Claude seems to be very in demand so it was a little difficult in coordinating when exactly he would be able to come by. Due to the scheduling issues, he gave me a discount on the work. He generally is responsive on Yelp unless he is busy with a job. This company never finished the job. The workmanship was very poor and the employees would only come in the evening for a few hours. Sometimes they wouldn't even show up at the agreed time. Both turned out to be issues beyond the skill of the handyman, which would have been fine if he had recognized that and just not "done" the work.
