Nothing but an absolute nightmare with this company! Should have taken the sign from our first initial test drive with our salesman, not only was the salesman making inappropriate comments the whole test drive, but after the fact proceeded to ask for our numbers! Besides that, after the purchase of the vehicle we have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Part after part, mechanic after mechanic. The car has sat more than we have been able to drive it! Now here comes the BIG ONE. We have been 100% up to date on our payments, they recently sold our loan to another company WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. This new company "mid Atlantic finance" towed the car with ALL PAYMENTS UP TO DATE AND NEVER LATE. Anywho, contacted Deal time and all they could say was "oh sorry you're right, all your payments are up to date. We will retrieve the car for you. It was the other companies fault." Yet, let me remind you, he then said "well we tracked the gps and seen it sitting in the same spot because and that is why we towed it" (it was in the same spot for 3 days at her place of work because it was BROKEN DOWN AGAIN. Just curious on to which story it really is?!?! They then proceeded to tell us we needed to pay $1500 to retrieve it out of the impound yard. I refused and they then picked up the car and took it to their lot. (By the way it is my mother's car and I am the co-signer) they told ME they would have their mechanic try to figure out what is going on for NO CHARGE. My mother then called and they proceeded to tell her she needs to pay $150 for the mechanic taking a look. They have showed no remorse, have offered no compensation and will not even return her car to her as we live over an hour away! The car was unlawfully towed and does not run and they will not even return it to her. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! read more

They were lovely and everything but that doesn't matter when they sold me a limen. I understand that a used car would have its problems but to have major problems under two years that's ridiculous. In the first 6 months of getting my car it didn't have no coolant so I had to change the radiator the and the tubes for it. After that a month later my car didn't want to turn on and it was because of the starter. Then for right there I took it to the mechanic shop to do a full diagonals of my car to find out that the transmission is failing and the timing belt isn't the right one. To sum it up I paid almost half of the original cost of the vehicle. read more

You have been warned. I will not tell you not to waste your time with this dealership because you might have a different experience than I did. I will simply give you an honest play by play of what my experience was. I was pre approved through a bank for a car loan. I used the app to search for cars within by budget. The app showed what the monthly payment might be so I was comfortable moving forward knowing that I could make the monthly payment. Now, I will be honest, my credit is crap due to bad decisions by my ex. But I work and I pay my bills and I am trying very hard to improve my credit score. I was very nervous about test driving and going into a dealership due to COVID. So I called ahead of time and asked lots of questions. I made it clear that I was nervous but I was reassured that my safety would be first priority. I went to the dealership on December 30th to test the vehicles I was interested in that were within my budget. One of the vehicles was literally under $4000. I felt very safe and enjoyed my experience with the young man who was my sales person. I was even told to go ahead and go home after the test drive so that I would not have to be there during this unsafe time. I was very appreciative of my experience and even sent an email to the dealership to compliment the sales person on how exemplary he was and how safe I felt. I was led to believe that a down payment of between $4oo and $6oo was probably doable and they were just waiting to hear from the bank. I waited several days before hearing back via text that they actually wanted $1500 for the down payment. I was not surprised due to my credit. I sent a message back asking about the deferred down payment that the sales person mentioned. I asked if the bank would work with me on a split down payment...half now and half in 3 weeks. I was told by the sales person that they would look into it and let me know. Please keep in mind that I told the sales person that I was very motivated to make the sale work due to the fact that the car I am driving now is not safe and I need to purchase something SOON. I told him this in person and via text. I waited another entire week before I messaged the sales person and asked if there was a response to the deferred down payment yet and I was then told that they wanted $2500 down!!! Keep in mind that this is for a car that is almost 20 years old and less than $4000! I am a hard worker and I am honest and I was really made to feel like this dealership was going to work with me. The time that I wasted waiting for answers from them could have been spent looking for another solution. Instead I am back to square one and still stuck driving a vehicle I don't feel safe in. It should not take an average of 2 weeks to get basic financing information from a dealership when you have already been approved for a loan. (shaking my head). As I told the sales person in my final text...."it should not just be people with money who get good customer service." They could have told me much sooner that they could not work with me. They will sell you illegal vehicles that have a salvage title then hide the information without telling you about the salvage title. I Made deal w payments ,went in & I put 500$ down .I'm 100 %financed they said there just waiting on car 3 days turned to a week then to 2 wks then a months n 3 days later car is in .I go in to pick it up asking for paper work telling me how they lost application can't find it need to pull credit again.So they pull my credit 3 times within a month n they say that oh idk your credit score lowered 100 points this last month needless to say they pulled it 3 times .. long story short try to over charge 1000 on price and higher monthly payment of 100$ . Came in to buy a car Alex the salesperson was very nice and patient with me. Tested out two cars no problem. Ended up buying a Cadillac with the honest opinion of Alex. After a couple of weeks into the car It began to have problems. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to pay for most of the expenses. The car ended up being in the shop for about 2-3 weeks. Very stressful situation now I've had the car for a couple months everything seems smooth. Bought a car from them Dec 13, its now Jan 22. The A/C was not working. They said no problem we will fix it. Took it to their service dept. charged it up and said it had no leaks. Shouldn't even give them 1 star. Bought a truck from them 1 month ago, after having it for a week the breaks started to get hard and would be super hard to stop, called them they "fixed" the problem. After 3 weeks of being "fixed" it messed up again and sense our 1 month warranty was up they would not cover it and told us to stop calling them to fix it and look in another direction. They never even fixed the problem in the first place!! The problem is that the vacuum pump is only 7% and it needs to be at least 25%. Peter sold us a broken truck and doesn't even care! They seem really nice at first until they scam you!! Definitely do not recommend to anyone! read more

Got a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee from deal time in Ocala Florida. Not even 2 months in the radiator went out and had it replaced through deal time. My part came to a little over 200. As covid-19 kicked in, and things got a little tough. I would pay a little bit toward it with my monthly payment toward the Jeep as I could. My last payment I was working so my wife went in and paid it. Got a call from a representative today claiming they made a deal with her, that money would go to the parts, and she would come in the following Saturday to pay the rest of the Jeep payment. 1. He judged me based on things on my application and decided he was bored and sad that day so he needed to pick on someone to make himself feel better. Also the 2014 Dodge Dart looks great in pics, but like shit in reality. That's the car we originally wanted to see but I didn't care for it after I saw it in person. If I could give them a "0" I would. They are by far the worst dealer. Bought a used truck and the engine light kept coming on, kept taking it back and taking time off work. They took the truck to be worked on and said it was going to Chevy after 2 times of the light coming on. They gave me a rental and on my way to work the vehicle broke down on the highway. So lost 3hrs of work and paid for a rental out of my own pocket. About 2 weeks after getting it back the same light and code comes up again. Took it back to them and gave them paperwork from my mechanic of what was really wrong with the truck to begin with. Found out they never took it to Chevy to begin with. After fighting with them they agreed to fix it right and told me they would be using A-1 to fix it but they don't have a rental for me and it would only take 4 days. So I got my own rental and paid out of pocket for it. After two days I call to get a update on my truck and they wouldn't get back to me so I call A-1 and come to find out they don't have my truck. I then head to the dealer after work and come to find out it's at a backyard mechanic they use. It's been almost two weeks and my truck is still not fixed and I'm paying out of pocket for a rental at $172 a week. This shop is a joke and a bunch of liars won't return calls and no manager to ever talk to. Don't waist you time or money with this place. read more
