I was in the process of rebuilding my credit. Junior walked me through the whole process and was able to get me a low interest rate on a 2014 Mercedes with 28K miles. My rate was lower than 6% when other "Good Car Companies" wanted to give me 17%. I was sold by the superb customer service and great monthly payment. All it took was $500 down and a signature and I got to drive away in a car I didn't even think I could afford. I do recommend when purchasing a used luxury vehicles to invest in the service plan. Also Mercedes has a factory warranty of only 50K. I found that out the hard way. Good thing I had the extended service plan Junior offered me. I got great service and an awesome car for my money. warning to potential customers: my mother bought a car less than a month ago from this location and the cars stereo screen wasn't working, they told her they had a stereo company who would fix it the following week for her for free since it was broken at the time of purchase. since then she has left countless messages to the dealer who sold her the car and he has never called or messaged back. she went in today and the other dealers said he wad m.i.a. and there was nothing they would do for her. this is bs and poor quality. go somewhere else and save yourself a headache. read more

If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle I would avoid this place like the plague. I purchased an 06 Toyota Tacoma for $13k and I have had problems with it the moment I finished paperwork. Ive had everything from coolant leaks/no heater, bad tire pressure sensors (all 4), and leaking windshield. They offer a one month 1,000 mile warranty, however it was only good for fixing the windshield leak and attempting to fix the tire pressure sensors (they used after market sensors that did not work correctly with vehicle). For my leaking coolant, they decided it was the radiator cap. I work for the county and drive 120 miles round trip daily. Sure enough throughout my week, my coolant is low yet again. When I brought the truck back in to explain that they never fixed the initial problem they then decided to tell me I am now out of warranty and they won't fix it free of cost because it's against company policy. Not only did they NEVER fix the problem, they went on about how a heater hose is going to cost me $177 to replace. At this point, I don't even trust their mechanics enough, had I thought this was a fair deal. I then told them it's not right to sell a truck for $13k with so many issues that they weren't willing to correct and the guy in charge said there was nothing he could do. Limited Motors was nothing but a headache and I would advise anybody to steer clear of this lot and find your RELIABLE vehicle elsewhere. read more

Did not have a great experience with this dealership, it was my first time buying a car along with the help of my dad, if I could go back and fix my mistakes I definitely would. First of all they gave me 2 copies of the car keys, on one of the keys a button did not work, but they felt like it was okay for them to give it to me like that. I know I am particularly to blame for not speaking up, but I happen to be a very light spoken female that I didn't question it. I have learned from this experience to speak up, but for them being a company they should have given me fully functioning keys the first time. Another problem I had with the car I had purchase within a month the driver's seat window had completely came off its place! It literally broke within a month! I went back to limited motors to try to get it fixed, but they claimed it was not under warranty for just a simple window malfunction. Basically they thought I did something and broke it. I talked to the main guy in charge In dealing with the maintenance of the cars(do not remember his name) and we had a conversation about what happened and how to fix it. Where to begin with this guy he first told me he would not charge for the labor but only for the part that malfunction and tax. He also included a 10% discount, I should have known it was too good to be true for a dealership. We made an appointment and once I had came back he completely lied to my face that he did not say he would not charge for the labor. I was completely furious that he was telling me something different and I felt like he was trying to make me feel stupid because I am a young female 19, at the time and I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my gender and knowledge. We got into a little argument and he gave the usual BS explanation on how he needs to pay his workers, but he NEVER mentioned the charge of labor the first time. Note during this whole time that this was happening the salesman that sold us the car was never to be found around, what a coincidence! After the argument I was completely furious and I did not want to fix my window with them no longer trusting them. I left and took care of it somewhere else. I have never in my life felt discriminated for being a female, my dad was not around to come with me to face the issue, so I went with my aunt and I definitely feel like the guy saw an opportunity to take advantage of me being young and I really didn't believe dealership would take advantage of women, but this place definitely did. I DO NOT recommend this place and I can't wait to finish my payments so I can no longer be in business with them! read more
